MAC - Brunette Blonde Redhead Collection Discussion

^^ That stinks. My F&F came..lets see 2 or 3 days after I ordered it but I wasnt even excited for that package..I ordered my 217 like the Thursday of the last day of the sale, and ordered my BBR the next day, my BBR came 2 days later (Monday) my 217 came Tuesday and the MSF they got wrong came Tuesday as well. Weird

My first BBR Haul arrived a few hours ago. I went to a Mac Store last Thursday. I swatched a few things on my hand but I had a hair appointment so I couldn't really try anything on. I went back after but the store had just closed. Then with the heavy snowfall and my new weekend job, there was no way I could go back. So I just ordered Friday night.

I got:

Soft Wave Lipglass
Red Devil Lipglass

Henna eyeshadow
Flip eyeshadow
Femme Fi eyeshadow
100 Strokes eyeshadow

165 Tapered Cheek brush

Brunette MSF
Redhead MSF

I don't have Sumptuous Olive - I thought I did but it turns out that it was Olive Gro0ve that I had so I got Henna. Looks all green to me in the pan but more of a greenish gold on my lid.

Femme Fi - I bought this before but broke it before I could wear it. I'm so glad I get to try it again. Now my Neo Sci-Fi eyeshadow collection is complete!

I went out to the Mac store yesterday to check out Snowscene and the other BBR stuff I didn't really get to check out. Out of the 226 brush. The MA said they only got 12 in. I ended up buying Two to Glow mineralize duo (I know I'm late to the party on this but it looked fun).

I ended up making another Mac Online order last night:
-226 brush - should have added 214 too (darn)
-Blonde MSF
-French Cuff eyeshadow - I may regret this but I love the look of the lustre shadows. (Don't hate me) They are a mess though but usually it is okay if you pat it on.

non BBR items:
Cocomotion pigment
Spiritualize pigment
Gold Mode pigment
-Go starflash (not BBR)

I bought a lot from this collection. I bought more than I intended but I was good and skipped the holiday collections (even though I loved the pretty compacts.) Surprisingly, I'm losing interest in Hello Kitty so I figured it was okay. But we'll see....

deffi Readhead its soooo pretty and if you have ligh flush or petti then you dont need Blonde msf

awww i see well i had those two so i picked up readhead and brunette which i wasn't plannin on but it looked soo nice and im also a NC35 but if you had to pick one i would go with readhead

Erine, press CTRL and F5 everytime you open up the last page of a thread, it refreshes and shows new posts. The refresh button doesnt work the same as CTRL F5. give it a shot. Its the same for me, I cant see new posts until I press those two buttons or post something of my own.

ahhh it worked!!! i tried the refresh button-didn't work. i tried F5-didn't work. CTRL F5 worked!!! it took FOREVER, but it worked!!!

Yeah I looked at that. I was wondering if Soft Wave is similar to Naked Frost from Chill though, because they're both somewhat bronzy colors. I wanted to buy all the Chill l/g, but if they're similar I may just wait for the BBR ones.

It sucks that I'll have to wait a few more weeks (hopefully less than a month) before BBR launches here. I want it, like, now!

The MSFs were nothing special to me. I was very surprised because I was so into the pictures. Sorry y'all (I never say y'all. Lol) but I hated Blonde MSF! Both Redhead and Brunette were just okay to me. Oh well. Saves me $$$$$

BUT I loved everything from Redhead (of course not the MSF). Alllllll of it was sooo pretty! Flip is gorgeous fo shizzle. Love. Red Devil is drool worthy.

I didn't like anything from Blonde and only Henna from Brunette. Caraaaaazy.
