If they haven't sent it out yet, then they probably don't have a tracking number assigned to your package. Once it has been sent out, they will provide you with the tracking number, which is through UPS, so even after you get the #, you need to go on the UPS website to follow it. It normally takes them about 2 days to get things out, if it's been longer, then there's probably an issue at the warehouse at the moment.
In my experience, the customer service department has been super helpful. Don't give up yet!
