If they haven't sent it out yet, then they probably don't have a tracking number assigned to your package. Once it has been sent out, they will provide you with the tracking number, which is through UPS, so even after you get the #, you need to go on the UPS website to follow it. It normally takes them about 2 days to get things out, if it's been longer, then there's probably an issue at the warehouse at the moment.

It's all because of the sale apparently but I got my stuff from the sale over night. I just assumed that's how the next order would be shipped as well.

Thanks! It's just weird because I thought they already sent it out because they told me they did 3 days ago and then said to call back today for the tracking number and then told me it wasn't sent out. So I have to call back Monday and I might have to wait another week.

B-Babe is so frosty/metallic on me.. not a look that i like. It did look okay with Peroxide l/g though!
Nothing was very impressive, not even the MSFs. I ended up just getting Blow Dry l/s which is really gorgeous! It looks even better with Live & Dye l/g over it. I wanted the #226 but both the FS and the counter were sold out. SAD! Only 2 things from this collection.. i'm proud of myself. More money for HK

I always use like a chapstick before putting on frost lipsticks. It tones it down a bit. I don't streak the lipstick on either. I kind of dab it on then top it with l/g and BAM looks beautiful~

^^ Yep, I like lipsticks that can hold their own too and I agree that Chignon is a winner, esp for a glaze!
