Gorgeous! This is pretty much how it looks on me. CYY is settling into my lips more than some of the other mattes do, though. I think I'll try to pick up some Prep and Prime when MB launches.

OT: I'm just currious but how many lipsticks do specktrettes have open at one time? Do you put it in a fridge/drawer and then take it back out later when seasons change? I have about 15-20 open and using along with about 6 l/g. Its hard for me to to just use a couple colors.

OT: I'm just currious but how many lipsticks do specktrettes have open at one time? Do you put it in a fridge/drawer and then take it back out later when seasons change? I have about 15-20 open and using along with about 6 l/g. Its hard for me to to just use a couple colors.

All of mine are open. I just keep them all in a makeup bag for the time being. I'm still trying to decide how I want to store my stash. I'm like you in that I can't narrow myself to only use a few colors at a time. I go where my mood takes me or with the look I'm trying to achieve.

EDIT: I have about 90 lipsticks with about 50 of those being MAC... I don't know how that happened.

I could be wrong, but I don't think lipsticks "go bad" like lipglasses do. I've seen a few bloggers who still use lipsticks from 15 years ago. I have 40-50 MAC lipsticks and they're all open. I haven't put them in the fridge; I just store them in my vanity. I do need to get a Muji acrylic 5 drawer eventually.

This is pretty much me too. All of mine are open. I don't think I have a lipstick that I haven't worn at least once and I have a lot of lipsticks (no backups).

Thanks! I didn't use a liner because I was running late for work yesterday and forgot one. My eyeshadow is Loreal Infallible in Amber Rush on the lid, Cranberry in the outer 1/3, and Summer Haze pale part to highlight. UD liner in Bourbon.

Too many! I'm a lipstick hoarder.

The majority of my lipsticks are open because I can't resist looking and playing with them.

I only put them in the regridgerator if they start to sweat which thankfully isn't too often even though my apt. is a sauna in the summer time. I also have about 15 unopened ones. Most of those are just backups of the ones that are already open. I have about 100 lipsticks (hides face in shame

) and that is a lot less than I had. I threw out a whole bunch that not only were old, but I just didn't like the color and couldn't figure out why I bought them in the first place!?! Can anyone say addict.

I have different storage places for my lippies based on whether they are MAC or not. The non-MAC go in the drawer, in one of those plastic divider type things that Temptalia showed in her makeup collection video. They are so cheap and so worth the money.

The MAC lippies, because I have far less, go label side up into a square, small, vintage wooden cigar box. It has a little latch on it and I just love it.

So Rocker gave me a huge problem. I was trying to at least wait until the e/s launched, but I just hauled

I really want one! Imagining all of my lipsticks and glosses organized neatly makes me happy, and I hope I can get one in the next month. I would get one now if shipping wasn't $7. I'll wait until my Ebates check comes in so I feel like I'm not actually spending that much. Oh, how I wish MAC was on Ebates!

Lipsticks definitely go bad; every Clinique GWP I've ever gotten has. They end up smelling like crayons and then I chuck them out. I recently threw all but A Different Grape out because I never wear them. I replaced my last VG1 because it had to have been five years old. It still seemed fine but I thought it was time to get a new one. I only wear it a few times a year so never finish a tube. I've had 4 or 5 since the initial launch. I have about 20-25 lippies on the go (just ordered NARS Moscow). I need to slow way down because I'll never get through them all. Lippies have traditionally been my weakness until I succumbed to the highly contagious Blush Plague 2012. On a positive note, I'm down to about a third of Double Dare, Star Quality and Strictly Plutonic since I've worn them to death on vacation this month. My goal is to finish all three by September. I have two less than a year old l/g that are already getting funky so I no longer want to own many of these.

i really hope rocker is not sold out by the time the eyeshadows come out, im waiting for jete and moth brown!
