You guys I just checked my UPS status on my order for "Moxie," which was supposed to be delivered today...

OMG I'm so upset there has been an "Accident in transport" ... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?? Am I screwed out of moxie????

My Rocker order of course is ready to be delivered today... Of course..

This is the message for MOXIE I got:

This sux. Knock on wood I've never seen that message. I hope it's just a delay and they figure it out shortly.

So, I bought two CYY's but after swatching it, I think I might sell the other one. Got caught up in the hype. lol Realistically, I know I will probably never use all of any one lipstick. In fact I just ordered the Barry M shocking pink from seeing it mentioned on this thread. "My name is Alexia, and I'm a pink lippie addict" Hell anything pink I'm drawn to. lol

In other news, I also got Moxie and I actually like it better than CYY, go figure.

Let me know! I'm more than willing to take it off your hands!

I've had this happen before, too. Came about a day late. Although the language used implies something disastrous, I'm sure it was something minor, like they realized your package wasn't put on the truck when it was supposed to and had to be rerouted.

that sounds like the freight truck was involved in a vehicle accident. that doesn't necessarily mean that you won't get it, but that it would be delayed. They would probably have to get those boxes onto another truck possibly.

I'll trade you. Seriously. I live in SoCal and we are experiencing a heat wave. My property management refuses to fix the central air in the house I live in. We've tried in the past and they just mess with it and it freezes up constantly. We basically live w/o ac through the summer. I stay at home with my daughter so am uncomfortable most of the day unless we venture out. It really sux. My lippies even hate it and get sweaty. I have found out tho that my satins hate it the most.

I feel bad for your satins and for you without the AC. That sucks!

I'd probably love the heatwave as long as it's not humid and muggy. I only accept that in small doses before I'm camped in front of the AC.

You could try Diva, its more of a burgundy brown and not cranberry/ burgundy like rocker

My hubby picked up my CYY from the post office and instead of bringing it straight to me, he's riding around with it.

Just got "Rocker" ... It looks more deep and vampy with hints of red in darker lighting... But when even in indoor light and captured , the red comes out!
I haven't tried it on , cause it was still sweating...

I know! Walked outside to go to work and I was like, "WTF is this cold wind doing here in August?" Hopefully, the heat will return soon because this 68 degree foolishness in Chicago is not working for my "summer baby" behind. LOL

Cold wind sounds wonderful to me right now! We are under an excessive heat warning here in Southern California, and temps in some areas are going to be over 110. Fortunately I live near the coast, so it will probably only be in the 90's today.

We have gone swimming every day this week (so far). Need to beat the heat.
