MAC e-mailed me back and here is what they said:

We understand that you have not received your MAC Cosmetics Online package. According to the UPS Web site, your order was delivered on Friday, 08/17/2012 to the shipping address listed.

It has been our experience in the past that the carrier Web site sometimes reflects a delivery status, when in fact the delivery has not yet been made. In these cases, the package may still be delivered within the 5 to 7 business day delivery time stated in the Shipping and Handling information posted on our Web site. We appreciate your patience in waiting for the full 7 business days for delivery to occur. If you have not received your package by the end of the day on 08/23/2012, please contact us via reply to this email and we will be happy to assist you further.

Do you gals use magnets on the bottom of your depots, is it hard to do?
ive never done it before and received a pallette in a swap
the one color that didnt have a magnet shattered everywhere ..i have HUMID now on every inch my desk
im running out of space with these single shadows
so easy to depot the shadows. I get a small sheet of magnetic paper from Michael's.

I've had missing/stolen packages when USPS dumped my packages in front of my apartment building, where anyone and everyone had access to. They couldn't fit the packages in my mailbox and they don't need a signature, so they just left my packages out in the front. If nobody is home, USPS is suppose to leave a peach notice in the mailbox so that the recipient can pick it up at the post office.

All my UPS packages require a signature and I have a concierge in my current apt, so I've never had a problem with stolen packages. However, it's quite odd that UPS's tracking information says that it has been delivered when you actually haven't received it. Who signed for the package? Did you contact UPS and the driver?

When I order from MAC, it doesn't require a signature since they only drop off the package in front of my porch either if I'm at home or not. No signed for the package since I wasn't at home at the time and did not contact UPS.

Have you had packages stolen before? By the way, this must be soooo frustrating that you have to wait a full 7 days before MAC can do anything about it, especially since the items may be sold out by the time this gets all figured out.

CYY is one of those lippies that you need some confidence for. build it and wear it on its own. Once you put gloss I think it looses the fun and the wow factors of the matte neon shade. If you feel is too bright, try some other shocking pink shade and swap for something you want.
I'm easing myself into Candy Yum Yum. I haven't worn it out of the house yet lol. Just trying to get used to the NEON! I'm not sure how I feel about it. I thought I would LOVE it, but I'm just...hmmmmm!

Excuse the hair, and the dewy schweaty-ness of my face lol
I wore CYY with NYX Dolly Pink liner, and a smidge of MAC clear gloss.

So sad story. I was laid off work yesterday without me expecting this at all! I wasnt the only one to go but I am now oficially without a job. This is so horrible I want to cry! I was going to get Moxie and maybe CYY thanks to the lovely kmqe716 but now I cant because I need to save every penny till I find a new job. I feel so sad right now! I wanted to get a blush from the Style Seeker collection also but thats impossible now too. I know its just makeup but makeup makes me happy. So sorry for this post but this is the first time I rant about something lol Oh well at least I get to see all your swatches!

I did have a similar issue but with Nordstrom. My nordstrom packages do not require signature and ups updated the website and said delivered when they had not.however when I contacted nordstrom they immediately sent me another one. Next day I get my package so I called and cancelled before they shipped.

Eh, i had this problem with UPS not too long ago, with my lipglosses. Reported them delivered and we were sitting here at the house waiting for the UPS man with no UPS man to be found. Timestamp for 6:11 and we were sitting at the house until 6:45 looking for him. So i called UPS and they were like it has a note that he left the package at another apt number so i go marching off like Simba looking for Scar (haha) trying to figure out why he would give my package to some random apt number not in my section. So they look like "IDK, we don't have it". So now im really fuming, and then turns out, when i kept saying it was signed by this particular name, the lady goes, "OH that's the apt mgr!!"

He gave the package to one of the apt mgrs at HER APT, at 6:11, bc he was "late". Really?


The UPS AND the USPS are equally sh*tty if you ask me.

dang what's with all the lost packages?

Tell me about this! i have package that got "LOST" in the actual post office processing facility. Been lost for a week and a half. just sitting somewhere. alone. in a mail crate. or sitting at some P/O house. sad..
