Leaning on getting Guacamole, is there anything closely related to Guac. that i could maybe think if it's worth the purchase?

CYY is one of those lippies that you need some confidence for. build it and wear it on its own. Once you put gloss I think it looses the fun and the wow factors of the matte neon shade. If you feel is too bright, try some other shocking pink shade and swap for something you want.
It looks awesome on her gloss or not. @duckrodeo: don't swap it, lol, looks like you can rock any shade you want.

I think mac needs to resolve order problems quicker instead of telling people to wait. waiting 7 full days is a long time. I had a situation where I ordered cyy and recieved moxie instead. I called customer service and was told that I needed to send moxie back first and when they got it they would send me my lipstick. the guy said he would email me a prepaid shipping label. So when 24 hours had passed and I still hadn't got the label, I emailed customer service. The response that I got was that I need to wait 7-10 business days for them to EMAIL me a shipping label. Really 7-10 business days for them to email me? Plus the time it takes for it to be shipped back. Wow. So I emailed customer service again telling them this was horrible customer service and that if they had some cyy they should send me one instead of making me waiting 2 weeks and running the risk of it selling out. I also asked if one was being reserved especially for me or was i just going to be told sorry there all gone. They then sent me an email saying just to keep moxie and they would be sending me cyy with 2 day shipping. That was tuesday and i'm still waiting...lol. I don't even know if I'll even recieve it because they never sent me any tracking info for it. I don't expect much from there customer service. I hope my order with mb arrives safely because i'm scared to deal with them again. I feel sorry for everybody who had missing products and orders...

When i had an issue with MAC like that too, i called and asked to speak to a supervisor! i hate to do that but when it comes to things esp when they are going to sell out then you need to be swift and firm with what you need from them. On the account that they told you all those things and nothing has came up yet, is enough for you to get a supervisor on the phone and put a lil pep in your voice lol. i hope it works out.

I really feel bad for you. That must have been a real shocker. I hope you'll find something new soon.

I find these stories a bit off putting when it comes to MAC. It is obvious they know that people love the brand. The way certain things are being handeled are far from what I consider to be normal. I mean come on.... MAC does not seem to value its (loyal) customers....AT ALL.

I did have a similar issue but with Nordstrom. My nordstrom packages do not require signature and ups updated the website and said delivered when they had not.however when I contacted nordstrom they immediately sent me another one. Next day I get my package so I called and cancelled before they shipped.
Nordstrom's customer service is awesome!

So sad story. I was laid off work yesterday without me expecting this at all! I wasnt the only one to go but I am now oficially without a job. This is so horrible I want to cry! I was going to get Moxie and maybe CYY thanks to the lovely kmqe716 but now I cant because I need to save every penny till I find a new job. I feel so sad right now! I wanted to get a blush from the Style Seeker collection also but thats impossible now too. I know its just makeup but makeup makes me happy. So sorry for this post but this is the first time I rant about something lol Oh well at least I get to see all your swatches!
I'm so sorry. When one door closes, another one opens! :bouquet:
 
MAC e-mailed me back and here is what they said: We understand that you have not received your MAC Cosmetics Online package. According to the UPS Web site, your order was delivered on Friday, 08/17/2012 to the shipping address listed.

I had the same thing happen with a package from sephora. I only had to wait a couple days to call back for them to send a replacement (thank goodness not a full week). But I was still stressed because I ordered two le items and had a promotional item too. A few days after I received my replacement package, the original package showed up.

i read somewhere the other day that they restocked this week bc people was ordering and getting their packages today or something but idk how true that is.

Rocker is so pretty :) so glad I didn't skip it!

MB is ok. I really like it just wish the texture was a little softer. I don't have the first one so I don't have anything to compare it to though.
I swatched it last night and asked hubs what color he thought it was.... he said graphite. It was under LED lights though.

I am feeling the same way, MAC really has issues it feels that their warehouse is overwhelmed I don't know if they need to hire more people or what the issue is. For me personally I usually don't like to buy online but this pass week I decided to go ahead and order online, I placed an order Thursday night and received a tracking number Friday afternoon then I decided to place another order on Friday night and got a tracking number Saturday morning when I looked up both tracking numbers the order I placed Friday night shows that it is already on its way, the one I placed on Thursday is still showing that only the shipping label was made but the order is not on its way I really don't understand how that happened but it looks like their warehouse personnel is a complete disorganized mess uggghh I'm getting really turned off by MAC after the By Request shipping craziness I'm really going to continue to venture out into other brands less of a hassle and I can buy things when I want since not everything is limited edition.
