That was always my thinking too- that I could get them any time. But not only that, there was never a color that I HAD to have. I can not dismiss Gentle Simmer! I love the color and started

the minute I saw it. I am still on the fence about Tropic Glow, but GS will be mine!

And from looking at the permanent lineup of these, the cool heat colors look quite unique from what we already have. I am really surprised that they ALL weren't made permanent.

Oh, I'm so thrilled! You all inspired me, so I went over to my local MAC counter and asked to see the Cool Heat collection so I could pre-order! I got Cool Heat, Blue Flame, Gulf Stream and Warming Trend, plus Swelter and Tropic Glow! I can't wait to pick them up on Thursday, and I think I'm going to tack on By Degrees when I go in!

And Audrey, your cats are so adorable! Thanks for sharing the pic!

Well, I finally got to go to the nearest mac, 2 hrs away, and had fun!! The ma is going to hold the eyeshadows that I wantfrom this collection when they get it for next time I can get there, prob next week,lol!! They even had the vae, she said they just got their shipment, wow is it ever nice!!Can't wait to get those beauties!!

I couldnt get any of the vae

I wanted to cry
My counter didnt get the collections on the right day
and I kept going back and going back day after day
and I missed one day
and came the next day and all the vae were gone.
It was the ONLY thing I wanted from neo sci fi or future earth.

Ok miss, tell me your honest opinion on these, please. You have had more time to play with them and I can't decide. My run to the mall will be in and out on Thursday so I really won't have time to play. I have to be ready when I get there.

Climate Blue - Is it worth overlooking the velvet texture?

Warming Trend - I hardly EVER wear neutrals, but for some reason, this is calling me. Is it really that special?

Tropic Glow Slimshine - I don't like much color on my lips. Will this be too much for me? Am I better off getting Pucker tendertone instead? Is this anything like Bombshell l/s on?

Order placed! Yay I broke and am getting Gulf Stream, so I really want to use tones like that and Mood Ring, and of course my staple neutrals like Solar White and Warming Trend.

Oh and since I had missed it, hummed and hawed and REALLY don't want to miss it, shy beauty BPB and I threw in Sweet & Nice Tendertone. heck yes I cannot wait for that package! LOL my mom will be like what the heck but I am now an earning-money-in-the-real-world woman so I think its alright to splurge!

Is this anything like Bombshell l/s on? - i think it would be your limit of color. since its sheer, you should be fine, but don't overload on the swipes. two should be plenty. i swatched it on my hand and dismissed it. i just tried it on my lips to let you know how it looked and its pretty. i actually got this for gratis and tossed it in the box with other non-wanted gratis. but i may just keep it.

i would give yourself an extra minute to try it one, along with gentle simmer. GS might be too little color, depending on how pigmented your lips are. pucker might be close, but if you won't be able build pucker if you wanted more color like you could with TG. you might need one more minute to compare them. as for bombshell, i've never touched it, but i'm gonna say they aren't similar.

I will try on the 2 slimshines and see what I think. If they aren't for me, I will load up on tendertones! And since it looks like Gentle Simmer with be permanent after all, I may get it later and load up on EZ Baby now!

Yep, I am definately a cat lover! It's funny... we had 2 (Sasha - 2nd from the left, and Sabrina - third from the left), and I wanted a third. So I went to the shelter and we ended up with 2 because they were brothers, the only 2 left of the litter and I couldn't seperate them (Oliver - far left and Oscar - far right). Then, when my Grandmother got sick and passed, we enheirited her furbaby, Malcolm (the orange one). I love them all to pieces

its worth checking into.

i order my mac thru the canadian #800 and don't pay alot in shipping. what about the bay's website? have you checked there?
