Okay here is my review...
Overall this collection seriously tickled my lil fancy. I love teals and blues and wear them more than neutrals or any other color. I didn't buy all of them like I mentioned. But I did spend a good amount than I anticipated spending. I even brought my blue/teal palette to compare but in all seriousness, none of the colors can compare to the colors in other LE collections or from the perm collection. With that being said...lets begin
Solar White: BEAUTIFUL! Omg I didn't think I needed this one and it looks like a white pink pearl in the pot but when its on the skin, its a gold duochrome!
I was so taken back by it and I thought I would have a dupe of this but nope, it is indeed one of a kind. It is one of my favs!
Warming Trend: Hmmm I do like neutrals but I don't love them. Therefore I didn't love this one. Its an okay color. But I am sure there are dupes for it. I do find that this 'dirty gold' color can play up the colors in this collection. So many unique looks can be created with it. It looked like a dirty gold color to me but it is pretty if you pair it with browns, taupes and bronze.
Warm Chill: Lets just say this was my least fav. I don't have too much to say about this color. I was hoping it would show up on me. I took me 3 or 4 swipes for me to get some color on my hand. Its a nice minty green but I rather have something that will show up without much effort. Hey maybe it will work for others. Perhaps those with darker skintones?
Gulf Stream: I bought this online but haven't received it yet. I initially ordered it online b/c I thought my counter wouldn't get it in like most counters. And it didn't until yday! So when I went in today I saw it on display and the MA said they have it but only a few. I really liked this color and I am so glad I bought it. I just can't wait to get my hands on it! It does remind me of Waternymph but with more gold and green. I loved the texture and it would look great paired up with Solar White!
Climate Blue: GORGEOUS! This is my fav of them all! Although I am such a blue and teal fan, this just took my breath away only b/c I haven't seen anything like it in MAC. I have something similar to it in another line. But I wanted this color in my palette and I am so so glad MAC made the color I have been looking for. I don't too much about the pink sparkles. The purple stands out for me.
Cool Heat: It reminds me a lot of Big T, with its color AND texture. I do like it but I am kinda iffy on it. I don't know if I should have bought it since I have Big T. They are almost identical on me. I want it to be different on me but I will have to see what bases I can use to make it look a lil different. I won't deny that it is beautiful b/c it is. Its right up my alley, I just don't like having the exact same colors in my palette. Oh and this has a hint of gold in it which I do love.
Blue Flame: I don't have Deep Truth so I can't compare it. But I do have Flashtrack and Blue Storm and its nothing like it. Its very pretty. I love the shimmer it has. This is probably my fav blue after Freshwater and Jewel Blue.
HTH! I want to post swatches but I am going to wait until I get my Gulf Stream in the mail and any other Slimshines I might get.
I will also post my makeover tomorrow (Friday) along with my 2nd rendition of what Cool Heat should be like, this time with the actual CH shadows. I do like it, but I don't love it. It doesn't have Margo's touch. lol Its like something I would do, it didn't stand out for me. O well, more time for me to play with them and see what I can come up with

Great idea. I need to see if I can track down a Cash Flow cause I don't have it. I kinda got Warm Chill to work on me today using Bare Study as a base, then pairing it with Gorgeous Gold and lining with Forever Green powerpoint. Not exactly "Cool Heat", a little more jungley looking, lol, but it worked with my coloring.

No, TG isn't like Fun N Sexy at all. FNS is waay brighter fuchsia duochrome pink. Tropic Glow is much paler raspberry pink

If you check out the swatch thread I did try Warm Chill over Lucky Jade & had pretty good results. I don't have Greenstroke(I plan on getting it next week) But I'm going to try it over Cash Flow like was suggested. I'll have the pics up in a few

I ordered Warm Chill, Solar White, Cool Heat and Gulf Stream. I am sitting in my office anxiously awaiting the UPS man with my door shut because my eyes are NAKED in anticipation of my delivery!
One of my other paralegals just asked me if I was feeling "anti-social" this morning...I just told her I have no eyeshadow on!
If Solar White is as amazing as everyone keeps saying, I am going to break down and get my FIRST.EVER.BACKUP.
I ordered Warm Chill, Solar White, Cool Heat and Gulf Stream. I am sitting in my office anxiously awaiting the UPS man with my door shut because my eyes are NAKED in anticipation of my delivery!
One of my other paralegals just asked me if I was feeling "anti-social" this morning...I just told her I have no eyeshadow on!

I'm sitting here anxiously awaiting my package without makeup on too! LOL It was supposed to arrive yesterday I was so sad! It got shipped late as well so it's just taking forever on both MAC and UPS's end this time around. I want to play!!!

Got my haul the other day but I finally got to play with it last night
Got Gentle Simmer and Tropic Glow. I am absolutely in love with these Slimshines. For all you girls who love your nude/pink lips (I am one of those) seriously dont be scared to get something with more pop especially for summer with a beautiful tan OMG I am going GAGA just thinking about this.
My new BFF is Gulf Stream. I'm so glad I got two of these. I kill Steamy and buy a new one like every 3 months and this blows Steamy out of the water. Even though they are both frosts GS has amazing colour pay off and doesnt have that gold sheen that Steamy can produce.
Cool Heat... its been said. Gorgeous colour. Big T dupe minus the crappy Big T texture.
Warm Chill is a pretty soft light seafoam green. Mood Rings cousin without the intensity but still very very pretty. Didnt really wow me but it will get used. Makes an excellent addition to us teal/green/blue girls
Warming Trend; I didnt have anything like this so perfect opportunity to pick up a neutral (not a fan of duochromes so decided to skip Patina and pick this up instead)

Holy Crap these were so hard to photograph! My angles are so werid but it was the only way to catch the light right to get the green to show up on the bases. I used(left to right) corn s/s, cash flow p/p, lucky jade s/s, & rollickin p/p ( I know you tried rollickin already so I thought it would be go to show you what its like next to the lucky jade for comparison) I think Rollickin is too blue & no matter what its over I had to REALLY pack the color on to get it to show up. From what I have I think the lucky jade works best, followed by cash flow. I stupidly didn't swatch it over udpp or something plain, but you can see just the warm chill to the left by itself.
OK, the warm chill is on the top parts of all the bases, so you can try to compare them to the bases alone. I used a flash on all the pics so you can see the best color...all clickable to enlarge!!!

I am so upset... none of the eye shadow colors really compliment my NC45 skin except Cool Heat and Climate Blue. To top that off as soon as I got home and created a look with Cool Heat e/s it swatched just like Big T e/s. I actually even wore Big T on one lid and Cool Heat on the other and no one could tell the difference! This is the first time that I will have to return something.

I thoroughly agree with your whole post, especially these paragraphs. I love Solar White. I'm getting a lil frustrated with the Warm Chill. Its so pretty but it does not show up well. Blue Flame is gorgeous. I have Deep Truth but at least I know if I run out of Blue Flame I dont have to worry because I have Deep Truth. Oh yea, and I have to play with Warming Trend some more. It looks kinda weird on my lids.
And YAY for TEAM CLIMATE BLUE!!!!!
