Okay, so I went by a counter today to pick up Blooming Lovely, and sure enough, it was sold out! I can't say i have ever seen anything sell out that quickly at this particular counter. Ever Hip was gone too. So I went to the f/s store in the same mall, which generally gets a lot more stock. They still had both, so I ended up getting both. Ever Hip does swatch a touch more pink than it appears in the tube, and it's really pretty, but I'm not sure how it'll look with my olive skin.

So ya, if any of you are considering Blooming Lovely or Ever Hip, I'd say you should probably pick it up soon!

This is cool - I updated my browser to the new Firefox version that just came out - then they have these personal themes for your browser header - They have a MAC one, a black white Chanel & a Pink & Black Chanel themed one.

I'm using the Pink & black Chanel theme - of course I am

I am actually wearing them together today! I posted a few pages back, but I am wearing Blanc Type from lashes to brow, DD in the crease, and the darkest purple from the quad in the outer V. LOVE them together.

These birds are seriously creepy. We get tons in the winter here in Arlington -- flocks and flocks of them that just swarm intersections and parking lots. It's actually fairly scary, like Hitchcock's "The Birds." I remember being freaked out by them when I first moved here.

On a happier note, I stopped by MAC again on way to work this afternoon for Blue India.

And I also gave into the impulses I resisted yesterday: Ever Hip l/s, Perennial High Style l/g and Frankly Fresh l/g. So pretty! I can't believe I bought all the lipglasses!

And to think, I was thinking of passing on all the lippies!

I did, however, resist Bough Grey. Now I just have to stay out of MAC until Art Supplies!

But I also got Free to Be and Dame's Desire, so weird that I got all these things that I didn't care for last time.

That solves a mystery for me then, they just came back to San Antonio and swarm as dusk draws near in the malls and stuff. It's fun to scare them out of trees--you move toward them and just hiss and they flutter away. haha

So I decided to hold off until tomorrow to get my goodies since the weather here isn't that great

But now I just heard in the news that it's going to be WORSE tomorrow

I am going tomorrow and that's final!!!!! NOT EVEN A TORNADO WILL STOP ME FROM GETTING MY LOL GOODIES

I did call my counter, though, and she said I didn't even have to bother putting anything on hold. She said there's not a huge craze over here for LOL

I hope she wasn't just saying that lol.

Today I B2Med for an Ever Hip lipstick. It is GORGEOUS. Runs a bit corally-pink on me and is sheer and perfect for spring. Also got Birds & Berries because I have a serious hard-on for Veluxe Pearls.

I noticed it's sold out online! My counter still had a TON of EVERYTHING.

I tried Shell Pearl at the counter but didn't buy it. For the rest of the day I was complimented on my glowy cheeks... I couldn't help myself, I called up the MAC counter this morning and had them set it aside for me.

OMG blooming lovely l/s looks horrrrrrible on me. It seriously makes me look like a yellow colorless blob. For reference i'm an NC/NW/20 (right now probably more like a NC/NW 15, yay winter skin!)
