I agree. That's one reason why I want that eye-shadow and the fact that I can't get enough of teals. I love birds and berries, makes me think of the forest by the beach.

I've seen the product book at the store; they let me see to get me in a lather, lol. The packaging is really beautiful! So, beauty powders and a bag for sure, and I hope I like a lippie or three just to be able to flash that lovely case.

And green eyeshadow- Yay!

I'm a sucker for lovely packaging; this gruppo has amazing packaging! Wish they'd done this with Lilly Pulitzer and her real stuff from The Day.

Beauty powders are calling me....

all mattes have the same texture (to me anyways). i don't have any of the problems that some people seem to have working with mattes.

I don't have a problem with mattes, either. I just use Too Faced or Urban Decay as a primer and slap on a matte shadow and it's all good for me.

I'm so ready for this collection. Feels like I've been waiting forever.

i tend to be ok with matte shadows - i like to use udpp and then a matte paint pot rather than a shimmery one. the only one i have an issue with is newly minted - and i know i'm not alone with that!

I`ve been reading some MAC ma opinions (don``t remember the name) and he said to use a shimmery base like bare study under matte eyeshadows for better results, it works, I like it

I've done that, and my matte e/s never blend well over the shimmery bases. Plus, a shimmery base interferes with the matte look, if that's what you're truly going for.
