well just placed my order ... made me very nervous clicking that confirm button, but I just couldn't take anything off. haha.

Here's what I got

$212 CAD later... kinda wish I hadn't waited to get my Beauty Powder BLushes.. that just made it even more painful.. but it will be fuuuun when it comes, Makeup Christmas!!!

and boooo to the Canadian Beauty Powder price being 4.50 more than US, seriously, WTF?

Yes!!!!! I placed my order about an hour ago and even thought he backorder thing is a bummer I'm still very excited. I was telling people all day how I couldn't wait to get home to see if Heatherette was up online, everybody thinks I have a problem, if they only knew.

Anyway I got:

what I find funny is that a lot of their collections are released early. well, at least recently. Fafi was, wasn't it? Maybe not I forget. Like, come on now...don't tell us that "because we demanded it" that heatherette will be released early. And then not even have it available to ship, but have it on the website.

Looks like somebody at MAC is going to get fiiiiired. LOL

Yah I noticed that on the American site there's the little black circles saying *almost* everything is out of stock, but on my Canadian site everything is all good... I feel lucky today heh.

I just found out that ALL of Heatherette is "temporarily out of stock," therefore ALL OF MY STUFF IS BACKORDERED!

Oh, well; at least my order is in, so maybe I *will* get it eventually.

My goodness! I've just spent 2 hours (in between menial tasks) catching up on this thread. Every 2 pages I finished another one would pop up. If I wasn't excited about Heatherette before I am now! =P

My list is small b/c, to be honest, I don't see myself using much from the collection. But I'm definitely drawn to:

Lollipop Lovin' l/s
Sock Hop l/g
Trio #1 (Mood Ring is MINE!!)
Lolla Devine polish
Black Funk/Blue Pop liner
Fab Orchid/Dash Lily liner

Blue Pop reminds me of Blue Peep which I don't have (yet), and Black Funk will hopefully stand for Feline, which I missed.

You should. The just don't have the collection available until Friday. The collection went up on the web site too soon. Hence the massive back ordering.

i just (10 minutes ago) placed my order thru the 800# (since i'm an employee and my closest store is 2hours away) like some of you did, and she didn't say anything about them being backordered. she said they'd ship out tmrw. so, i'll have to wait and see what's in my box when i get it. i did order a few non-heatherette stuff too.

I have PP and plan to get AG too. They are totally different. AG is subtle, but will show up as a blush whereas PP is (atleast on me) more of a pink shimmer with little to no color payoff. AG is more opaque and can definately be used as a blush on us fair skinned girls

Hmmmm . . . knowing that will definitely make me consider popping them out and using them for other things . . . especially the pink trio. The Mood Ring trio I might actually carry if I'm doing a drag look, but the pink stuff could easily go in my big palettes so I could use the case for something more glamorous . . . decisions, decisions . . .

I called the 1-800-588-0070 and was told there was a "glitch" in the system and that my order would absolutely be shipped...it would just take 72 hours. I made it quite clear I was upset about the possibility of not receiving my items when I placed my order at 8central and she assured me my order would ship and that all of my items would arrive.
