you can order trio 1 it looks like. that's weird because it sure seemed like everyone was ordering trio1 more than 2 this morning

same at my counter. we have all the products in (at least enough for the early launch). but we are still having our event next week.

call your counter and see what they allow. all counters should allow LE lipsticks, even those with special packaging. if you read on the regular mac site, it states the only exclusion is VG lipsticks.

I placed my order from MACPRO early this morning and it's said "pending" since then. I just checked my bank account and I've been charged $64. My entire order was $182, so it looks like I've been charged for the none Heatherette items I orderd.

ohh I'm so glad I decided to wait and go to a store instead of ordering online. Good luck to everyone that ordered and is waiting
I have a question for those that did get their hands on the collection. Is Lollipop Loving as frosty as it looks in the swatches? I was lemming it but the more I look at it, the more I dont want it, thining I will never wear it. I can't wait to get Hollywood nights though, I dont have any bright lippies (I'm not much of a ls person) and this looks great

Hey if anyones interested I did a live chat about getting a Smokey nude lip combo with heatherette. We also talk about melrose mood. She gave great advice and input. I wish I knew how to link it but just check the live chat board on Mac chat. Thanks

Aw man, I'm going insane... should I get trio 1 or trio 2????!!!! Trio 2 seems more "spring-like" since it has pink and purples but....I really love that Mood Ring color. I really wish I can customize my own heatherette palette, so then I could get stuff that isn't similar to what I already have.
I was on MAC Chat today and the MA recommended Starlet Kiss along with a few others for a spring pink lipglass for pigmented lips.

ALL the lipsticks and all but one of the lipglasses are sold out online...omg I'm so upset as I was going to place my order online!

I placed my order on macys.com. I found it weird that I could order Heatherette, but the darn blushes still aren't showing! But I remember with Fafi, it took about a week before it let me order it.
Anyhoo, I just checked my order status through macys.com and it says everything has been shipped. However, it doesn't give me a tracking number. Usually Macy's gives you a tracking number. But in Macy's defense, they haven't e-mailed me yet. Usually they update the website first, and then a few hours later they send you the shipped e-mail. So I'll wait until I get the "shipped e-mail", if I even get one. It's just weird that the site isn't showing a tracking number. It ALWAYS shows one.
EDIT: I called CS for Macy's and they said it's in the process of being shipped, and should ship out tomorrow. Because "it takes a day to process and I ordered today." I've ordered things on Macys.com before 12 PM and had it shipped the same day. Why do customers always know more than the CS? And she was talking to me like I rode the slow bus or something. All I asked was for my order status.

They are not sold out. When LE items are sold out on the site, it will say sold out-find stores. It's out of stock.
