*Shipping Update*

Just got off the phone with MAC. Some items have already shipped!!!!

2 of my Heatherette lipglosses shipped, but the other stuff is still backordered. The have to tell you that the rest will ship in 2 weeks, but they are shipping as stock comes in.

I got most of my stuff from the NY Pro store except Melrose Mood, so I had to order that on the pro site. I hope they ship it out today or tomorrow, but it still says pending. Oh well...I guess I will have some patience.

My order also says "Pending" now but my card WAS charged $32 of the $82 I ordered and looking at the prices it seems that the two pencils ($16 each) are likely processed and hopefully on their way.

FYI: the info on accounts has lagged a little on the MAC web site. I just talked to MAC and the lippies are already shipping, even though they are still indicated as on Back ordered in my account info. on the MAC site. Hope this clarifies things a little bit. I imagine most of the orders placed yesterday, will be shipped or shipping by Friday.

Yes, that means they are shipping what they do have of your order. They are shipping as stock becomes available or whatever stock they had as of yesterday too

Oh ok, thanks for this. Cuz my email said that they are only shipping my Technakhol liner, and I purchased the Pink Pearl Pigment and Melrose Mood lipstick with the liner, which they said is backordered.

And according UPS, I should be getting my stuff today. Hopefully the lipstick and the pigment are with the liner.

I just got off the phone with Ashley, the macpro SA that has helped me out a lot. She's told me they have some stuff in stock right now, and that's being shipped out as early as today. She said Friday will be the LATEST things will be shipped out. She told me some of my order is shipping out today, and the other half will be shipped out either tomorrow or Friday! Hooray! If you have questions, call them with your order number because she says you'll get the e-mail after UPS gets it, so if you call, you'll be able to find out if your order's shipping before you get the e-mail. She actually told me to call her back today so she can find out when the other half is being shipped out. She's amazing, polite, and super nice, so if at all possible, ask to talk with her, but keep in mind, that's if you placed a mac PRO order.

Okay so I got the backorder notice too, but this morning I got charged for half my order. I placed my order at 8:30am est. yesterday morning. So hopefully half my stuff will ship soon!
