Thank you everyone for explaining the difference between Mood Ring and You're Fresh.
I know I'll never wear Cloudburst for the same reason I ended up depotting Smoking from my Smoking Eyes Quad, so I will only use Hoppin' and Mood Ring from Trio 1, but I'll probably get it anyway.

the good girl are more wearable than the bad girl. i wore bad girl yesterday at work, and people thought they were cool and said they weren't as crazy looking on as they were in the box. so, if you want more everyday wearability, go with good girl.
btw, the patent finish is freakin awesome!!! it makes them sparkle like glitter

I ended up getting Trio 1 too after much thought. I don't have a blue/green/aqua whatever the color is called color LOL. And I don't have a black... I'm EXTEREMLY pale and will probably never use it but the MA's at my store suggested using Cloudburst as a liner, which is actually a pretty good idea. I use the darker colors in my Fafi quads as liners, so... And the light one is just another highlight :: shrugs ::. But whatever.
When I first saw the pictures I REALLY wanted Trio 2 but I have pinks and purples and didn't think paying that much for more was smart.

Okay so i think I have made my final list for Heatherette. If I can make the pencils work for me, then I might order Black Funk/Pop Blue. I will probably return Smooth harmony. yeah...I use UDPP...I began using it with Feline because it smudges so much. It works pretty good but I still smudge a little. my fluidline is pretty great. I will try the UDPP and the studio fix though...I dont want to return these. I used nighthawk/front row today and I noticed some weird looking *thing* in my eye....I thought it was a smudge on my glasses but no--it was a piece of glitter from the eye pencil lol. Oh well...

So I went to my counter today cuz I wanted to see the collection. They did not even have the display up. They had it all layed out on the counter where other items where anyways I asked them where it was at and she seemed kinda emberrased to say that they didn't have a display? Why is it that they got the product but no display to put it on.
...Enyways I picked up some more stuff shes good lashes, Jardin aires pigment..oh my can i say that it is so pretty, never seen any color like it.Keep in mind that I just started really collecting MAC since Nov 07...
I basically got a pretty good size of the collection except for==

^^Pink Pearl is gorgeous! It is a perm PRO color so if there is another product from Heatherette that you are dying for I would get that because you can order Pink Pearl another time. Maybe ask them for a sample to tide you over!

FYI since Hollywood Nights is a Satin it is hard to just "swipe" on like an AC or Glaze because it is so much drier. It is a very bold color and IMO not too unique like Lollipop Loving. That of course is just my opinion!

Guys i really want Hollywood nights. But I hate bold lips. But the swatches are gorgeous. Should I take the risk anyways and just buy HN? Maybe with just a quick swipe itll be wearable for me? I love the color I just dont want to feel like a clown wearing it.
I have Utterly Frivolous from Fafi...I KNOW they are two totally diff. colors but UF is bright on me. I just really want a hot bright lip to go with my great tan in the summer.....God did any NC42's or C4's buy hollywood nights?????????

i just cant get over the swatches. Some people have really bold crazy swatches of it n then other people have swatches that look soooooooooo perfect.
I want it. so bad. Can't waste my money......please someone with my skin tone swatch this!!!!

for those of you who wanted to b2m for heatherette, fafi, or any other LE collection, and was not allowed, see if you can get a b2m postcard. it states that the only exclusion is the VG colors. this is the same information on the website, and in the PKM. take it with you (the postcard) everytime you b2m, cause they can't turn you down if you show proof that there is only one exclusion.

I always notice when you say you like a neutral lip, because I am the exact same way. I hate a bold colour on me and I wouldn't buy Hollywood Nights.
I think you should not take the risk.

You should do this. I bought Hollywood Nights and Style Minx and I can see myself wearing just Style Minx much more than paring it with Hollywood Nights if I don't want to be too bold.

i..i can't...help it. I can't help it. I want it so bad! This has never happened to me lol....if I hate a bold lip, I hate a bold lip. But this color is attracting me....I have this strange urge I've never felt before....
I feel like I need this in my life lol. I am trying to picture myself with it on, and I can't quite place it. I just want the hot pink pretty in my hands.
