Ahhhh I SO want Alpha Girl! Why oh why didn't I just get it when I got the rest of my Heatherette stuff? I'm afraid it will be sold out before I can get back to a store. And I'm so tempted to get another Lollipop Loving...I've never even CONSIDERED getting a backup of anything before!
Also, what paint pot do you guys recommend for Trio 1? Normally, I just use Studio Finish concealer with Blot Powder to prime my eyelids for eyeshadow and that works just fine, but I guess these colours are too bright/dark (Mood Ring/Cloudburst) for that method and the colours crease and fade to practically nothing within a couple hours.

I was going to suggest those 2, also, in addition to the MacQueen paint pot, Otherworldly, if its still around or at a CCO.
And, of course, any of the fluidlines, Blue Peep (Perm), Jadeye (LE) or Delphic (LE). I've seen them at 2 different CCOs.
And, yeah, didn't the LSs and 1 LG sell out fast!

thanks for that swatch!! ahh i know what you guys mean. as for the dual edge pencil i recommend them. i have NEVER been an eyeliner girl but i got pop blue/funk black im obsessed. I want to go back from front row/night hawk!! I might order it along with dress camp April 17th because I have a feeling they won't be sold out anytime soon. What do you guys think? Or maybe when I'm in the mall for my b-day April 5th. Yeah, thats a better idea =]

PSA: If you can't find one of the Heatherette items at your counter/s and it's sold out online, remember Mac's Gone but not Forgotten program. You'd have to pay for shipping, but it is a lot better than getting gouged on eBay.

Well, thank the Lord, I finally got my Melrose Mood!!!! I'm a bit worried in terms of how I will look in it. The fleshpot lippie was a mess so I hope that this one looks somewhat decent. Maybe I should use a light hand while applying it?

Melrose Mood IS the same texture and Fleshpot. I find them both to be veryy "crayonnish" (my own word) when I apply them which is why I use a VERY light hand and top fleshpot with bonus beat and melrose mood with starlet kiss. If you do that, they will look fantastic.

anybody want to give some recommendations on lipliners for LL and fleshpot?
or any lip combinations you've tried and look great? i have fleshpot, ll, bonus beat, sock hop, style minx and starlet kiss. and u can recommend colors frm the perm. line or ne other LE collection too thanks

Lure lipliner goes great with Lollipop Loving lipstick or Sock Hop Lip glass.

I haven't picked up Sock Hop (yet!) and have loved using LL with Creamkiss cremestick liner**. It gives a bit of oomph to the lippie and doesn't rub off as easily when topped off with a gloss. I do use a chapstick underneath the liner tho.

i agree. i tried mine on today and it looked gorgeous
**edit: i still can't get fleshpot to work on me...when i apply bonus beat on top, fleshpot tends to mix into bonus beat and it looks weird :S

I have been using Moonbathe l/g and Sugar Trance l/g with LL and they both look great, especially Sugar Trance. My Sock Hop and Starlet Kiss haven't arrived yet. I placed an order from Nordstrom to get a back-up of Alpha Girl and ordered these lippies also. Somehow I think I ended up with four LL between my two hauls and my order (I forgot to delete it from my cart from earlier) but it's so pretty that's ok. I also caved on the pink/purple trio also. I had decided to just get the one with the green but I couldn't help myself.
I also have a techniques class this Saturday that I had to buy a $50 giftcard to be held for so who knows what else will come home with me. I've told myself that I'm only going to get some regular products like a brow pencil, blot powder and that kind of thing. So hopefully I can stick to that.

OMG so today i went to one of the heatherette parties and it was awesome! I got fleshpot, style minx, and the 2nd eyeshadow trio. i wanted more but i didnt have much to spend
So I got to paint the hot model guy there and i got a pic taken with him...dang he was so fine! anyways i just thought id share my excitement with u guys lol. btw i cant get my style minx to last for very long does anyone have any tips for using it?
