OMG I have been wondering when there would be a nice plum mineralized blush I hope this is it Conjure Up also interested in Su Perdu Pernatural and She-Zam the mineralized eyeshdows this collection do nothing for me thank fully this year wont break the bank much at all.

I actually do hope that the mineralize duos have glitter crescents, I love the copper glitter in my trio from last year. The trio looks almost unused except for a nice dent in the zipper stripe! It really sounds like they are because they don't have real names and they are repeated from duo to duo. Granted, I will only pick up one or two of the duos, so I won't get any repeats in what I think may be the glitter, but I know that it would suck if you bought more than one with the same glitter.

As much as I like mineral collections, this is an overload of eye shadows. Is the production cheaper or why are there so many now? I have to see the packaging in person but I am not impressed so far.

That's actually a good thing because I can blow my money on Style Black. YAY!

So is there any info as to what will be in the mini sets this year? I went back a few pages and found nothing! I hope they are really, really good!

I just saw the pic for the new palettes and i'm i the only one who HATES the packaging???!!! They look like those pre-teen palettes you find at Wal-Mart for $4.99. I don't know, the holiday collections are all about drama and these kits aren't doing it for me. They look like nothing special. Usually the packaging alone is one of the best parts of the gift! I don't feel that when i look at them. They are too plain and boring for the holiday collection. I loved the Royal Assests, those black palettes from '07, even those croc skin inspired ones from a few years back. I guess MAC is going cheap this year! Those circles/bubbles scream springtime to me. Winter is more dark & dramatic. Mysterious even!

The only thing that makes it ok is that the Smoke & Mirrors palette sounds HOT!

Not that interested this year....which I actually don't mind. I might pick up a few shadow palettes for the friends/family and I'm waiting to hear what'll be in the pigment sets.

Those Are glitters crescent..... why oh why do they always put those in? They should just do separate glitters MES...

Yeah can't wait to know what are the pigment sets !!!!!
And I feel the same way about the packaging: ew.... the products in them appeal to me thought, I'll get a face one for sure.

i wonder if they were inspired by Devil May Cry

i think i'd want the face kit and eye palettes depending on what they look like.
and i have high hopes for the coral mineralize blush that it isn't like colorcraft glittery. or i'll still get it to layer on top of blushes

oh and lucky number! =) i hope it has a duochrome effect! i lovee metallic nails! i have $$$Yes from last year and its a gorgeous metallic silver. mine was hard to work with. it seemed chunky and gloopy and doesnt apply smooth like all my other mac polishes.

as for the lippies, i think im awaiting more on dazzlecreme glass! i gotta have sparkles on my lips. no matter what!

You're definitely not the only one who thinks $$$ Yes is hard to work with. I have it and expected so much more out of it. It confuses the heck out of me because many of MAC's other frosts (like the ones that came out with Neo Sci-Fi such as Phosphor and Plasma Blu) apply like a DREAM.

And I'm going to have to agree with some of you girls when you say you're not really feeling this holiday collection

I dunno, this and Red She Said just seem so far below Antiquitease to me. I even liked Formal Black because the pleats and lace and all that were cute and simple and sophisticated.

Besides the pink nail lacquer, I can really only see myself getting a mini pigment set and that's about it. I guess I'll get my happy fix through some of the fall stuff.

For those who aren't too impressed or feeling it, think of it this way, you can focus a bit more energy on perm items you've neglected ^_^

i'm only feeling the two blushes and blue sorcery MES (frankely, i'm over the mineralize thing, but the colours are calling out to me).
