I think I'll be getting one pigment set next week. None of the lipglass sets are striking me as must have. That's great because that means I get to save more for upcoming collections.
I haven't been into MAC that much in the past, but since I have some Scottish in me I thought this would be a fun time to try it out
Heres my haul so far (hopefully there are no regrets when I get it in the mail):
Lord it up
Black Swan
Black Line
Undercurrent
Her Blooming Cheek
My Highland Honey
The Family Crest
Moonlight Night
Hark the Heraldry Kit
Sir Teddy Bear (x3). Going to give my niece and nephew one for xmas and keep one for myself
Sir Teddy clip
I am very fair skinned, reddish hair and have freckles....so I love the Scottish theme!~
Just waiting for Part 2 to come out, might go back for some more goodies from Part 1 too!
Thanks to everyone who post pic's from the collection, its so helpful in deciding what to buy!!!
Yes, next week will be fun!I can't stop staring at the swatches! I've probably wasted at least an hour of time just looking at them.
But, with deep contemplation comes answers, at least for me. So, I think I'm just gonna stick with smoky + pink. All of the other sets are absolutely incredible IMO, but I don't think I'd get as much use out of them.
Can't wait for next week!
Thank you for the suggestion! I feel like wearing more pinkish The Faerie Glen, too.I've been wearing TFG with Viva Glam Cyndi l/g. They make a beautiful MLBB nude red.I cannot wait to try TFG with Magnetique l/g , True Babe l/g kinda hot pink gloss for nude pink lips.
aw that is so cute! i bet your children will love sir teddy!I can't even look at any swatches at this pointI just happened upon the Warm pigments set and instantly wanted. I am going to try to get Sir Teddy for my 3 year old son and probably another one for my 3 month old daughter to play with when she gets older. My son has been such a trooper accompanying me to MAC more than a dozen times, I think he deserves one!
I know that the l/g tins are taller, and those are the ones I'm planning on using for my brushes... I think the pigment ones will be a bit too short, but you could probably use it for travel-sized brushes!Does anyone know the size of the tins? I'm wondering if I can use them as brush holders...

Maybe I'll use one as a perfume sample tin or to hold my cotton pads and Q-tips
