That's the reason why I always wait for trios/quads/palettes. I don't see the point in buying individual colors because I really only put on eye makeup about 10 times a year or less. So I'll rather have a set of colors that come together which can give me a 'complete' look when I have to put on e/s.
BUT these shadows have been getting so much raves, the MAC addict in me is dying to check them out.

If you're really interested in trying out this e/s finish (which I LOVE, btw) but don't wear eye make-up often and find it hard to justify buying a bunch...I'd grab Smoke & Diamonds! It's an incredibly versatile color that you can wear with just about anything, literally! Picking it up will satisfy your MAC addiction and let you try out the finish without breaking the bank, and you won't be stuck with a random color that doesn't work with anything else.

this is my favourite collection besides hello kitty! if i were you, i'd make my own quad and depot the shadows! depending on the look you are going for! i just feel like these eyeshadows are superior to any texture out there. but me i love frosty ^_^

Don't feel bad...you probably would have spent that on somethign like ...a couple fast food purchases, etc...and the e/s will last a lot longer...Thats how I justify lol...somehow it works...cuz I do blow crazy money on useless stuff all the time..that only lasts for a day

I so want Rated R now!!! Even though it's on Nordies' website and the $8.00 shipping is what kills it. It's worth the risk. I can't wait to get Style Snob and One-Off this week!

That's how I try to justify it ! Then the boyfriend tells me I am just convincing myself that it's alright ..
But whatever makes my e/s cravings happy right .. who cares if I'm convincing myself
