I totally thought I was only going to get the 226 lol.. :/

Yep, MAC has a way of taking your original list and tripling it! I'm going to Back 2 MAC for Oh, Oh, Oh and then grab Social Light l/g plus a brush for use with fluidlines

I hate that the MA told me I couldn't back-to-mac collection lipsticks when I asked if I could do it for Runaway Red. Was she making up her own damn rule??!!

Arrrg, it's a regular lipstick, no special packaging, regular price... you are supposed to be able to B2M for it! >.<

I was surprised to find that I didn't care for Runaway Red when I saw it on me. It was the one I was the most excited for. I really thought I would love it, but I honestly wasn't wowed seeing it on. Maybe it was the lighting?

Ended up getting Curvaceous and Offshoot, which aren't typically what I go for in a collection. However, I wanted Curvaceous as a soft pink gloss for a "fresh look" that wouldn't be too opaque. Offshoot wasn't anything "special," but that's exactly why I got it. I really needed a neutral that I could wear with a dark, smokey eye. A lot of my neutrals are brown-toned and way too obvious (Fresh Brew, Call my Bluff, VG Gaga II). Offshoot on me looked like my own lips, just enhanced.

Debenhams are doing a points thing where you get 500 when you spend £40, so I'm thinking of getting the 179 brush from SP and a paint pot tomorrow so I'll get £5 off the rest of my MMO stuff later :)

I got the 226 from Nordie's today, but my shipping status on my 1st order from MAC still says that a label has been created. Getting fed up here...

I wonder why the MUA suggested the 263 for me to use than the 208? And what is the difference btwn the 263 and the 266?

Basically the same brush... the 263 is thinner/flatter than the 266. the 208 has smaller bristles than them both. Its also the thinnest of the 3. The handle of the 208 is shorter as well. I love the 208. Its size in comparison to the 263 and 266 gives me lots of control. I love being able to build my line and the 208 is perfect for this.

Ok, 1 more question. Now that I know that Heartless and Runaway are different, can anyone tell me about the difference between Rebel and Wild Bout You? Opinions?

-Got my 226 and its awesome. Perfect for my hooded small eyelids. I lucked out, mine is pretty tapered!

-Wasnt sure if Ohohoh would look good on me. It's really pretty, but its not my fav on me. Pulled warmer than I was hoping, I did put Now in Season lipgelee and that helped cool it down. It's just a color I'm not used to, I'm sure it will grow on me.
-I dont have many neutrals so Lady Grey quad is a nice change from my usual brights and dark shades. It will be great for quick day looks. I love Hazy Day! It's a great color. I'm Loving Lady Grey as well, it looks great over cakeshop s/s. And I think Tendersmoke will look great with Street Cool s/s, I think Hazy Day will be good with that s/s as well. Dont really have much need for all races. So all in all I'm pretty satisfied with it, its def much better then the Quite Cute Quad.

Has your list changed any Lou?
I still find it quite strange that the 226 is on macys and nordstrom but not the official site, its so odd to me.

What the heck?? Since when does Nordstrom online do free standard shipping?? It says "free standard shipping, every day". Is this a new thing? Am I going to go broke now?! (Far too excited.)

HAHA! After reading all the stuff about these brushes I was about to type almost the exact same thing till I saw your post. I have found the same thing with the 266, 263, & 208. I love the 208. I own all of these as well as the 209, 210 & 212 and also just bought the 211 but haven't had a chance to open it and give it a try yet.

Another great option is BB ultra fine liner brush. I guess I have a thing for e/l brushes:)

Same happened to me at the Pro store. Tried to B2M for the shadows and was told no, but I never had a problem unless it was in special packaging. I didn't argue, just got something else.
