Winnie, I saw it at Isetan Scotts. They launched last Friday together with Makeup Art cosmetics, for the moment they are the only one having it.
Well at least for the Make... ..... collection they launched exclusively there.

Thank you, I was thinking that OPI was less expensive than MAC from all the other replies. Funny that here is more expensive though

I actually like Dry Martini, maybe because is so unique and maybe because I wear nail polish only on my toes so I think you can be more adventourous (sp?) down there.
And the polish doesn't chip that easily as well.
I think I will be back to chek out Dark, Rich. bla bla, but also the other colours were very nice.
As I mentioned in another post Dry Martini applied a little bit streaky, but two coats were already fine and with three I reached perfection.

I've decided to skip this collection!! Although I haven't even seen it IRL!! I'm still waiting for Makeup Art Cosmetics, and i'm excited about Style Black, so I'm saving my money for those collections.

I think they will still be available. They didn't receive much attention from the public when I was playing with the testers on Saturday.

..I've finally applied Dry Martini. It applies well enough... a little streaky on the first coat, decent coverage by the second. I gave it three coats for good measure (but it should be noted that I typically give all polishes two coats, nothing more, nothing less.)

I was really looking forward to this colour. The original swatch on ALU was what initially sold me. In person however, I'm not so sure. I agree that it looks kind of gross on the whole...but so far I think it looks okay against my NC45 skin. Either way, it is not the green that I expected so I feel a bit let down in that respect. Plus, as everyone has said, I think $14 CAN is an outrageous price for a polish with a "questionable" pleasantness at best.

Pondering...

In agreement with you ladies- I was psyched about Dry Martini from the swatches on ALU, but I've had it on for a couple of days now and it only reveals itself as "dirty olive" in direct sunlight. All other times it appears to be a taupey brown. I've asked four people what color it is on my hands, and they all say brown. Nontheless, it looks interesting enouph that I don't hate it, just disappointed. Too bad, I was really looking forward to an olive green creme...

I guess next I'll try RBL's No More War or Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics' Swamped in the quest to fulfill my olive lemming...

I bought Beyond Jealous, Dry Martine and Rich Dark Delicious today.

All three are gorgeous shades and they need two coats. I am glad I got them!

I think that's the problem: the taupey brownness of it all. :p I finally saw it out in full sunlight today and it does look more olive-y than brown. But that's under full on, cloudless sky, sunlight. :p As we move into fall and the skies turn to grey, I fear it's going to look like little more than a brownish colour on my hands which, while nice enough, isn't all that unique.

Sometimes, if I'm not quite paying attention to my hands, I find the colour reminds me of a river rock that's somewhere between mossy and muddy.

I am traumatized by past experiences with mac polish. they are a huge no no for me. I will gladly stick with OPI for Sephora. I love the variety of colors and the way the go on. Anyone like the china glaze polishes? I'm thinking of trying it.

LOVE China Glaze polishes. The formula has changed a bit in the last little while though. They are perfecting their "big 3 free" formulas so you might find there's a difference in application from bottle to bottle.

MAC makes my favourite red polish of all time... (unfortunately it was either a limited edition or its been discontinued) but... they aren't really polish people, IMO.

MAC has a pretty lenient return policy. 30 days, with receipt, even if it's used. (Of course, if the bottle is almost empty that's another story.)
