ok, after looking at all the pics in the swatch thread, I may be back in love with Meet the Fleet

It just has that hint of soft dusty lavenderish undertone to it which can be quite pretty - not a purple purple. Its still hard to tell from pics because of the monitors/cameras

Erine, can you tell us what the difference is between Shore Leave e/s from NN and Femme Fi e/s from Neo Sci-Fi? They have nearly the same color description, and are both VPs. Would you choose one over the other?

It's almost like a dark indigo purple from the pics. I hope I can make it to the store to see it in person tomorrow! There is a dark metallic navy coming with Cool Heat, so I won't be too upset if this one isn't navy. It will give me an excuse to buy both!

it is definately a deep dark navy-black with a hint of purple. kinda like nehru, but where nehru is a more black, meet the fleet is more navy. it makes a gorgeous liner and outer corner color.

lets see. im not saying they are the same as these perm colors, but its the best way to describe the colors. shore leave is to all that glitters where femmi fi is to honey lust. shore leave is more cream and femme fi is more gold. does that help?

the two are definately different blues, and different finishes. i want both of em!

So I guess I'm really wondering how Shore Leave is going to compare to Solar White (from Cool Heat). Shore Leave sounds gorgeous, and I really have my heart set on Solar White. One more question... what do you think of the pigments? Chunky? Dupeable? Is Bell Bottom Blue more like Blue Pigment or Naval Blue? I can't decide on this one. Is Lark About anything like Vellum eyeshadow/Frozen White Pigment/Frost Pigment? Sorry for so many questions!

so i was the collection at the duty free bit in toronto...i do have to admit the collection didnt intrest me the slightest! my sister was in total shock as i love everything mac do! i love the poster etc for it but the collection sucks!

bbb is a few shades brighter than blue storm/naval blue. plus, the white sparkles definately show up. its the same texture as emerald green and grape pigments. blue much brighter.

vellum is white with purple duochrome, and lark about is white with blue duochrome, with a hint of light purple.

Erine! Thank you SOOO much for these swatches! I am so excited that BBB is the same texture as Emerald Green and Grape. I LOVE that powdery finish. This one is a must for me now!

Oh I have a few questions...

are any of the lipsticks/glosses similar to ANY lipsticks/glosses from the n collection??

is pandamonium worth getting? i know its a lustre and I really don't want to bother if the finish sucks?
