It looked reddish in the one swatch, but then it looked like MAC placed it in the plum section under the lipsticks so it confused me. That really helped - you enabler you

I really wanted Ahoy! There when I first saw the pics but I have two glazes and a luster and as much as I love the colors I don't like how they don't STAY. So I got the other lipstick I wanted, Port Red and Lovely Lily. I will get Mutiny eventually but that's all I really want :S. I was thinking about getting Illegal Cargo (I'm a purple girl, can you tell?) but I've read people are disappointed with it

I just noticed something...

People were saying that Lydia Hearst was going to be the face of the Heatherette collection, but when it came down to it, Richie and Traver were all over that mess. The featured model for NN looks a whole helluva lot like Lydia Hearst, perhaps reports were confused in her being booked for the Heatherette campaign and not this one.

Just a thought.

No, it is closer to Azreal Blue. It has a frosty finish like Azreal Blue, but instead of being a silvered pale blue, it is a pale frosty blue green. I really like it, and IMO, there isn't another pigment like it.

Oh and I am getting a NN makeover done on Thurs! So I will see what I want when I am there. Prolly not much but makeovers are fun when you have a kickass MA!

Yes, it is a Macys, was a Hechts until fairly recently. Still 20-30 min away depending on traffic but it definitely beats an hour and a half. I've been begging MAC via e-mail and at the end of Live Chats for a long time, lol.

I compromised and ordered Illegal Cargo, Shore Leave and MTF online. I'll check out the lip products in person! Just couldn't keep my fingers off the mouse.

BTW is everyone having as hard a time as I am getting on here today? It is torturously slow for me....

I love the video. I told hubby that i auditioned for a video part...I paused the video right to the part where she shakes her butt then her chest....had hubby come out to see it.

Of course! I always post my makeovers of every collection in the fotds forum.

And Magarita, my fav MA will be doing it. So I am excited!!!

hahahaha thats cute! I think the video is hilarious and I love the retro feel it has as well.

Shore Leave is like a beige or sand color in the pan. On me it went on very light, not white though and it is very shimmery. It's a fabulous wash under blue in the crease. I grabbed this right away.

On my computer the colors on the site are not accurate. The pics here are much much better. Mutiny is bright! Bell Bottom has glitter in it, sparkles really and Port Red is warmer than it appears but gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't wear any orange reds but this is NOT orange. This yellow red has a pink tone to it though somehow! I't complex and looks great with the blue e/s.

I don't have it, but I just looked at the swatches in the swatch forum. Without doing a side by side comparison, I'd say they look awefully close. (Which is good for me, cause that's the only one I wanted from the Finery set!)

So i swatched the colors since the MUA let me check it out and the Ensign lustreglass reminds me a lot of PRR lipglass but it is has less stickiness. Love Knot lustreglass is a pretty cool bluish pink gloss. Port Red is a little warmer than I like my lipsticks to be so i'll skip it. So I guess all I'll get are the two lustreglasses. I was not wowed by the pigments or eyeshadows since I have so many in the same color family. OH, well more money for Cool Heat!

ive examined the swatches in anticipation of thursday...so here's a question to those who've seen it:
*Illegal Cargo and Lovely Lily Pigment-->is it just me or are they similar? I love me some Neutral Pink so I'd love a more purple tone of that. But is it worth getting both? They look pretty similar in that they are purpley-pinky. hmmm thinking of getting both but not sure if its overkill.
