My store (Del Amo) only pink grapefruit l/g, 3 l/s (no Sci-Fi-delity), most e/s (except EA).
I finally grabbed a MA after about 20 minutes of waiting. She happened to be wearing Pleasureseeker with pink grapefruit on top, so I asked if she could put them on me. She lined my lips with spice lipliner. OMG, My lips looked SUPER GORGEOUS!!!

I ended up with both lippies and Femme Fi e/s. I think I need back ups of both lippies, seriously!

As was mentioned above... the lip exfoliater is not supposed to be used separately, but with both sides at the same time. It's a nice product!

I think maybe Kimmy just wanted to be able to use the product separately on occasion, if she had the option to. I was thinking about that the other day....for some reason lol. Like hmm I wish i could just use this side right now, and then finish up with this side? I dunno! Such a unique product though.

I wonder why someones MA told them not to wipe it off with water, but to use a wipe? I wonder if/why that matters

Why would you want to only use one side when you need the other side for it to work effectively? Not sure I understand...

My MA told me to use a wipe and not plain water... I guess it needs to be cleaned off and water alone doesn't do that?

I dunno. Say for instance I was done exfoliating, now i just want some balm on my lips. Well we can't just wipe this balm on our lips because of the placement of the 2 products...so we gotta dig thru our makeup to find our chapstick/balm. I dunno! LoL

Plus I wouldnt want to use a MAC wipe on my lips...they are a bit greasy, no?

i know i love the lip conditioner on its own so i'm happy i have it as a separate jar that i use pretty religiously at bedtime. its so freaking awesome, i smell like vanilla and my lips are all soft when crawling into bed. i can't wait to get my packages. I'm waiting now for 3 from MAC! (but i'm thinking after i get these all i'm taking a no-buy break!)

I love getting my mac boxes but I hate when I need to return a product. It breaks my heart...I'd rather just try to sell it lol its cheaper.

but then I get happy when i return products cuz I can get somethin else I wanted (oh such bad logic, i know...)

Alright ladies, here is my order

Volcanic Ash exfoliater, and I almost typed Volcanic A$$ exfoliater, *snickers at volcanic a$$*...
Femme Fi to replace Shore Leave eyeshadow (this was looking too silvery against my olive skin), Time & Space and Magnetic Fields
Soft & Slow lipgloss, (which i wasn't going to get but find myself into plums lately and thanks in part to the good reviews here, tsk tsk, such enablers) and finally Sunsonic lipstick, because this one I think will be fun to combine with different liners and glosses.

Actually, wan't even going to consider the exfoliater either, but hey, you all talked me into that too. Will tell my husband to take it up with all of you if I get a mouthful, lol!

Now I can't wait for my package, yay

BTW, I had no problems ordering the volcanic ash ex. on the Cdn site, though i saw mention made of someone having issues earlier today

i want to like the lip conditioner, but for some reason my lips get very chapped/flaky when i'm using it (maybe i'm allergic to something in it). guess i should just stick with my good ol' lipsmackers

i think it would be great for your skin. you don't want anything too abrasive for eczema cause it could burn (and when you irritate it it just makes it itch more! i have various spots on my body, thankfully none on my face). its nice and gentle.

for it to be used effectively, you need to use both sides together. using the grey side alone would be too harsh on the lips since they are so sensitive, so you need the addition of the conditioning side so its more gentle. if you need conditioner afterwards, use a separate one. it sucks to need two products, but thats how it is. your most likely gonna use this at home, where you would normally have a lip conditioner handy anyways.

using a damp tissue works just fine. they may be saying to use a wipe cause they wanna sell the wipes. at the counter we need to use wipes since we don't have access water to dampen the tissue. some artists just dampen it with fix+ as someone already mentioned their artist did. custies use wipes all the time to remove lip products when trying different colors on, with no problems. its not greasy, its just moisturizing. however, its not the best tasting thing in the world.

Does anybody know how Soft & Slow compares to Viva Glam V? Everyone is saying its a plum colour & i was wondering if it close to VGV? I really like that colour & i'm always looking for a nice plum lipgloss that's not too dark since i'm NC/NW 20! Thanks!

So, I picked up some stuff from Neo-Sci Fi and Future Earth.

I got Evening Aura and Magnetic Fields.

I love the Volcanic Ash Exfoliator! It makes me skin feel so smooth. I used it in the shower, it was a bit messy and the only problem I had with it was that the blackness of the color stuck to my skin, fingers, and palm. I had to rub my body down with a towel rag. Over all, great product.

Eriene, is the Volcanic Ash suppose to be watery? Also, is it suppose to turn soapy? I noticed today, it turned soapy after rubbing in awhile. Thanks!

yes, it is slightly watery. i call the VAE a goo. once it gets wet, it does foam up. enjoy!
