I am watching Christine's video review. Is it just me or do a couple of her MFS look like they are cracking?

I thought so too, but it's not uncommon for MSF to have little cracks. After all, they are baked product, hence more fragile.

Now I am noticing it with one of the blushes. I have several mineralize products from MAC and do realize that they can be fragile. But I have MSFs and MESs that are years old and clunk around in my train case without a single crack. I wonder if the new formula makes them more fragile.

I *think* they separate/crack more easily where different colors come together, e.g. inner vs. outer circle or the edges of the stripey MSF. I haven't seen it in the marbled once though. I avoid traveling with MFS for that reason, but that's just me.

Having just watched Christine's video review I now can't wait for Thursday when I can finally order everything I want and check out the collection in person too! (I'm ordering from Debenhams because of their Beauty Clubcard points, but I will go to my local Mac counter to check everything out too.) Ooh, all those lovely mineralize products are calling my name!

Is Temptalia not doing any comparison swatches anymore? I think she used to do that with every collection. That is what's most helpful for me, since I always have to order online. I would like to know if Rose Ole is similar to Pearl or Pink MSF, and comparison swatches for PA, and also WoC with My Highland Honey for example. And I'd love to see any comparisons for Mineral Mode.

When I see swatches of eyeshadows I always wonder if I'm the only person in the world who doesn't normally just swirl colours together, but often picks out certain colours. Like Jade's Fortune for example, it has a lot of lime green, but the swatches are all greyish, however I would probably just try to use the lime green bits as these shadows are pretty big so you can actually pick up different colours. Would love to see swatches that actually do that rather than just swirled colours.

Do you have the Mineralize Sheen Loose Powder in Lucent? It seems to come close to MSF Pink. RO seems to have more sheen, whereas Pink and in particular RQ are more metallic (based on swatches). I hope MAC has enough stock, so at least one can pick an MSF where the glitter veining is not so apparent.

So, I've tried to stay away from this thread a little as FF launches on the same day and I want a lot from that butttttttttttt with all swatches I'm considering: MES: Mineral Mode, Clarity, Unsurpassable, and Golden Gaze MB: Feeling Flush L/S: Lush Amber So much for this being a low spend

No, I don't.
I feel like these MSF will sell fast, but will never be as popular as the regular ones, this design with the blob in the middle is not the best idea IMO.

IMHO, the most unattractive (beauty-wise) is pearl as it looks like a really bad skin outbreak. It's the color combination of the inner circle (red/yellow) on the very pale out circle. I'm not sure about quantities, but both Macy's and my f/s MAC store have confirmed that they will receive large quantities (whatever that means).

All I want now is Gem of Roses l/s! I feel like I should get a mes or something, but none are appealing to me at the moment :(

Wow after watching Allura apply the shadows it just seemed really hard to apply and stay. It's making me not want any of those shadows.
