I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure that is a new brush. The #182 (Kabuki) is much fuller and rounder, see below:

The #181SE brush has the same type of flower tip (top), see below:

Whereas the one pictured with the Sonic Chic products, looks more like a short-handled version of MAC's current #138 - Tapered face brush:

Here's the Sonic Chic brush in question:

Meh..hard to say.

ETA: When I look a little closer, maybe it is more similar to a short-handled #116 Blush Brush:

Or a short-handled #129 Face/Blush Brush:
