Smoke and Diamonds e/s looks like the D/C'ed Fiction e/s. The pink shadow looks like something I may purchase.

just thought id clear something up with Smoke & Diamonds which ive noticed on MUA and stuff

1) it is NOT similar to Mothbrown. Mothbrown is a grey with lavender/blue pearl, whereas S&D is lighter, more shimmery, more frosty and more taupe

2) i used to own Stila Diamond Lil, however I sold it because it didnt suit me as well as i wouldve liked. Whilst it and S&D appear similar, S&D seems like a much more complex colour.

I'd say S&D is = Diamond Lil + Sweet Sienna Pigment with a teeeny tiny hint of French Grey e/s in the base colour. S&D also has a wonderfully smooth shimmer, sort of like Coco Pigment.

Obviously, id have to swatch Diamond Lil & S&D next to one another, but S&D suits my warm NC25-30 skintone nicely, whereas I remember Diamond Lil being more grey on my eyes

HTH!

The finish of these shadows sounds SO awesome. I really want all 12, but I've got to limit myself! I'm definitely getting Smoke & Diamonds, Lotusland, Top Hat and Sunset B. I might get Bold & Brazen, Dreammaker and/or Go. This is definitely one of those collections I have to see in person.

Man, just when I thought I was gonna get off easy with this collection! I have to get Smoke & Diamonds, I've been searching for that kind of color forever. I have Sweet Sienna, but it wasn't pigmented enough for me (still really pretty tho, I use it all the time!).

So it looks like my list includes Smoke & Diamonds, Sunset B., and Lotusland. And maybe I'll try out feline if I have the money. I've been lining my waterline a lot lately, but my Smolder will never stay put...

with that said... i just want everyone to know that if you have hazel/green eyes, you should probably get those two shadows!! Any shadow with a red tone really makes green eyes or hazel eyes pop!

I just got to see them! So pretty. I really like the texture and the colors are phenomenal. I'll probably still only get Smoke & Diamonds, Mink & Sable, and Top Hat since I know I am going to break the bank with Cult of Cherry and Overrich, but who knows...maybe I'll bring a few more home! Go and Glamour Check are pretty awesome!

I was thinking of getting glamour check and sunset b, but I've never bought pink or red based eyeshadow before because I am so pale (about an nc15) I'm scared they might make me look washed out, but I love these two colours!

I am a NC20 and I love the reds and pinks. It's all a matter of application as you don't have to swath your eyes in the colors. Plus they make my green eyes look crazy gorgeous!

I have hazel eyes, but I'm still not entirely sold. The problem I have with pink colors is that I run the risk of looking like I have an eye infection - not pretty. And also, pinks for some reason turn on me. They'll look great when they first go on, but then later in the day they morph into something horrible...all the while I've been going about my business thinking I'm the hottest thing since the invention of the microwave. This is also true of colors that are pink-based...hence my apprehension of Lotusland.

Pink shadows can look really really nice with brown, black or grey shades. It's all in the placement! As you can tell, I love pinks!
