I have jut finished with Fashion week and market. Fashion can suck sometimes.

Anyway, I am so happy style black is out. I am debating ordering online just because I love how easy it is and I can shop while "working".

I need help though!!
Definite list: All 4 MES, can not pass these up, grease paint stick and Baby goth nailpolish.
Maybe: Noctunelle and VAE.

THe Nocturnelle nailpolish looks very glossy, usually i pass on MAC polish but this one looks like a high gloss formula and that is hard to find. VAE i think I will pass, what is the point of falling in love with a LE product? Nothing.

What do you guys think??? Do I need?

I am back from school!

I have Nocturnelle n/p from a past collection - from Smoke Signals? I think so.

It was one of my first n/p from MAC and I really like it! It applies very well.

I will pass the VAE as well - don't want to love a LE face product.

Well the guys I work with are very anti-pregnancy/children...I work with all men and they have always made comments about having me in front for "eye candy" for their customers. I always kind of had to roll with it b/c I needed the job. So I think they saw it as me not having that persona anymore and let me go. I have always went above & beyond at my job so I'm pretty mad right now. They said I could have 2 weeks to try and find a job, gee thanks-but then I had to go. On Monday when I told them, one of them said "Man, I would rather my wife tell me she *ucked some other guy than tell me she was pregnant, at least I could deal with that"
shockt.gif
Umm, are u serious? Couldn't you just say congrats?? Then the next day they let me go, hmmm
Any advice on what I should do?

I am shocked! How dare they?
I don't know how the law or regulations are in the US but here they can't let you go when you are pregnant. If someone does it anyhow you can sue them at the labor court.
Wow.. what a bunch of jackasses. I wish I could help you more.

I really can't wait for this collection! I think there will be alot of creative combos using the black lipsticks with various glosses and liners! I hope Blue Flame is as bright in real life as it is on my pc screen!

Pamela, you can NOT get fired because of pregnancy in the US. You need to talk to a lawyer now! Also, you need to note down everything they said that was discriminatory, or just print out the stuff you typed down here. That is sexual harassment as well as being discriminatory based on your pregnancy. It's illegal and they can NOT do it!
I hope it all works out for you, and congrats on your little bundle of joy!

I ended up buying:
Night Violet, Midnight media, Cinderfella and Volcanic ash exfoliator.

I'm actually torn between the exfoliator and the thermal mask. Which one is better if you can only afford to buy one? I have oily skin in the hot season and normal skin when it's cold, but always sensitive and acne prone.

You should look into lawsuits. What kind of job was this? What does their contract and workplace protocol say? How long did you work there? Consider to yourself how much you made and how much you could get before contacting a lawyer if you do decide to. From what I learned, they don't often take cases that don't involve moolah, and enough of it at that.

You don't have to tell us everything, but gather the facts if it really bothers you. Also, every state's laws towards these cases can vary. I'd gather all my info as soon as possible before memory fades and evidence gets thrown under the recycling rug.

I understand that a lot of places where you work can feel like you're not as helpful if you are pregnant, but it's not right to permanently let someone go.
