Lollipop Lovin
Red Velvet
Cakeshop
Butternutty
Lemon Chiffon

But the shadesticks depend on the colors and swatching IRL.

Me too.

It's fun that the gloss moves back to their "compartments" instead of mixing together. I like that.

My new list:
Tri-colour liglass -
Just Dessert / Tasty.

Shadesticks - (min 1, max I'll pick 2 out of 3)
Cakeshop
Lemon Chiffon
Butternutty

Lipstick -
Saint Germain (maybe)

It's a short list.

Yes, I think they are. Erine has the swatches right, but the descrips are off. LC descrip is Cakeshop, the Butternutty descrip is for LC, and the Cakeshop descrip is for Butternutty.

After seeing the newest swatches, I think I will pass on the MSFs. Refined looks beautiful in the picture, but looks like nothing more than a highlighter in the swatches. I suspect Perfect Topping will look the same. I have a bunch of MSFs and other highlighters already that don't get much use, so I am going to *try* and pass on them. I am much more excited about the BPs from Rose Romance. I wanted Dear Cupcake (LOVE the name), but in reality, I don't wear corals much at all, and since it looks similar to Paradisco, I will probably pass. So, I am thinking my revised list will look something like this:

Sugarshot e/s
Aquavert e/s
Saint Germain l/s

My list is:

Saint Germaine lipstick (is this a amplified?)
Sugar Shot Eyeshadow
Aquavert Eyeshadow
and maybe Sweet Thing lipstick.

Audrey sounds like a good list! I'm still all up in the air!

If I had to buy today.

Aquavert e/s (trying to talk myself OUT of this but I'll probably end up talking myself into the other shadows)
Bubbles lipstick - B/c I don't own anything that I could use like a higlight light that. A novelty thing.
And both MSF's

Trying to stay away from the tricolours and dazzleglass type products... But there is still afew more weeks so we shall see. LOL

That list would be my version of 'behaving' right now. ~L~ :)

Cakeshop - Pewter Shadestick
SugarShot e/s
Aquavert e/s
Perfect Topping MSF
Refined MSF

However this is a modest list for me...compared to past purchases! I'm pleased with me right now...

I think I can cross Dear Cupcake e/s off my list. I don't think this will work for me. It reminds me of Soft Flower from Ungaro. I keep trying to make that one work for me, but it just looks weird...I dunno. And that tri-color gloss...epp..why have a TRI-COLOR anything if it's going to come out clear! Very unimpressed. I'd like to see some of the richer colored ones, but still none of these are on my list.

My new list consist of:

* Sugarshot
* Aquavert

* Cakeshop
* Lemon Chiffon
* Butternutty
* Red Velvet
* Penny

* Bubbles
* Lollipop Loving
* Saint Germain

and still can't decide for sure, but tentativly...lol.
* Perfect Topping - Pink/Peach/Lavender melange
* Refined - Tan/Peach/Coral melange

I guess this may seem like a stupid question, but I need to invest in a base for my e/s colors. I hardly ever put on eye makeup (unless I'm just fooling around at home), maybe less that 5 times a year, so if I had to invest in one 'universal' color base, what would it be? I would like the most versatile base that would work well with most e/s colors. Sorry, I'm a total noob when it comes to this.

dreamer246 , I think they are cool, but if you rarely wear eye makeup you really don't need to invest in a lot of bases. I think either, a paint pot like bare study (or similar one that is 'neutral' OR a shadestick like beiging would be good enough for an 'all purpose' base. That's my opinion anyhow. I did a huge paint pot haul and different bases DO make colors pop more.

For me though, Painterly and Barestudy are my 'no brainer' basis that I wear almost everytime I put on eye makeup. I'm a paint pot gal, lazy as all heck I don't even use a brush. I just apply those suckers with my finger. Hey... it works for me!

But shadesticks, I have never tried. I had a shadow in stick form from another line to use as a base which really annoyed the heck out of me. I have super wrinkly eye lids though so.. I say you definately need to try them on yourself and see how they feel. See if the next time you go shopping you can get your M.A. to try putting on a shadestick to FEEL if the texture will work for you on your eye lids?

Maybe when you go pick up your HK stuff? I think its a personal thing about what is easiest for YOU to apply and you won't know that until you feel it on. .. wish I could be more help.

Wennie...
I would say as far as a bases that are perfect for all colors

Urban Decay Primer Potion is my #1 choice
Shadestick : Beige-ing
Paintpot : Painterly (HG) or Soft Ochre

With paint pots on the topic...one off topic question here:

Comparing Painterly and Barestudy, which is easier to apply? I use Soft Ochre and sometimes I find it to be a tad too sticky hence harder to apply evenly, compared to Indianwood, which is kindda "slippery" (if that even make sense).

Any comments on this?

^^^I use Painterly everyday as an eye base, it's quite smooth. Soft Ochre is okay but sometimes a bit too yellow for me, though it apples the same as Painterly.
