Hi guys, so I walked out with:
Red Velvet shadestick
Lemon Chiffon shadestick
St. Germain Lipstick
Aquavert Eye shadow
Pepermint Patty Nail Polish
and some other unrelated stuff...lol
Out of everything, I think the shadesticks are awesome. Super silky and I hear they are formulated differently from the discontinued shadesticks.
Lemon Chiffon looks liky Nylon and Butternutty looks like All That Glitters. I think I may go back for more! Penny would be nice to enhance amber lights and all those coppery burnt orange shades. I love red velvet and I love pink eyeshadows, so that was a must for me lol.
The MSFs are silky smooth, but I didn't feel like I needed them
I'm on the wall with St Germain. I am NC25 and on the cool side but I feel like this lippie is a little strange looking. Its super cool and has very strong blue undertones. very pastel pink indeed. I will have to try it out with full eyem ake up to decide if it's a keeper... I really wanted to love it =/ but it makes me look strangely tanned and my lips are very pigmented and the blue undertones make it look yucky... though my bf said its nice... maybe i'll trade it for sweet thing instead. I feel like its a relative of Sweetie but a little more intense/darker with pretty silver pearl. i dont think i'd ever use bubbles regardless of all the hype, but its a pretty white sheen.
the glosses were pretty... sheer but uber pearly, but i told myself damn i don't need anymore glosses... i'll probably cave in and get one though. lol
i already own stars n rockets and its a serious must have if you dont own it already or get it somewhere down the line since its perm, but its one of my most used as its a gorgeous versatile pinky purple with gorgeous duochrome.
sugarshot is another crappy textured chunky lustre that flakes all over the place. i frowned as soon as my Q-tip swiped. not worth the effort unless you use it with pencil brush or something... though its super frosty and pretty... it seems different from solar white
solar white is... not as shiny? and has pink tinge to it when sugarshot is whiter
club is.. well club.
dear cupcake is pretty, but really powdery and feels more like a chalky matte minus the heavier pigment rather than a satin. its a pretty pink coral, but i didnt see no gold pearl whatsoever. reminds me of Dance Mix from the Diana Eyes quad but pinker and less red. i MIGHT get it but hm... we'll see...
aquavert is gorgeous! i fell in love with the beautiful sheen of minty green goodness! just beautiful i tell ya! a must eyeshadow. get it, don't walk, RUN! and i was skeptical before I saw it...
peppermint patty is an adorableeee nail color!! at first, i wasn't interested in the nail polish but my bf was like "oh this looks pretty" and painted my nails and I fell in love. I somehow got into MAC nail polishes cuz of him. (started with $$$ YES and then the white from hello kitty and now this)
seasonal peach is nice, but it ain't got SHIT on pepermint patty.
not an exciting collection but it's got something for everyone.
