My kitties are more important than any lipgloss any day!

I am so sorry to here about Maya. I am glad to hear that she is doing ok. Cat's are way more important than lipgloss or any makeup for that matter.

Can someone PLEASE explain to me why everyone is so in love with shadesticks? I pulled out beige-ing today thinking "there must be something great about this". As I roll it across my lid, a large chunk broke off and fell into the sink. So, then I molded the tip back together and tried again. Nothing. Not an ounce of color on my lids. I tried to use a brush. Nothing. I tried my fingertips, barely anything at all. After I was done, it felt like I had been yanking on my eyelids for two days. They are hurting!!!

Next time try warming up the shadestick first. That is the only way that they work for me. This might be TMI but I normally stick the shadestick between my legs to get it warmed up and then it applies a lot easier.

I just really love the way that shadesticks make my shadows pop. I always have to warm them up though or I get the whole just dragging my eyelid around thing. I usually lust put the capped end behind my bent knee while I do moisturizer or concealing or whatever and then it glides on like a charm. You also have to make sure they are completely closed each time too or they dry out.

So I spoke to my MA and she told me she feels these shadesticks have been reformulated. She said they felt a lot creamier than your run of the mill shadestick.

Come to mama!

I never just swipe them on my eyelid. I put some on my finger, rub my finger with another to warm it up then apply to my eyelid. Soooo much nicer that way.

ugh, I hate shadesticks! But if these are reformulated I may be willing to take a look. I've recently rediscovered paint pots and been very impressed with how well shadow blends when you use these as a base - my love for UDPP has been unconditional : until now.

I concur...I was thinking of skipping this collection due to the damages brought on my HK, but now maybe not because I would like new formula shadesticks

Yes, kitties are what is important. Silly story...my little Chewy (as pictured in my avi) was desperate for attention, so I had to hold him on one hip while I touched up my makeup before heading out to dinner this evening. I felt like I had a little 2 year old!

I love my Beige-ing. It keeps my shadow looking great all day long. I agree it is a little tough to apply straight out of the tube. It definitely needs to be warmed up a little.
