Princesa Livia I saw in the swatch thread that you did a comparison swatch of Thrills and Fresh Salmon. Could you please elaborate on likeness/difference? (Since pictures can be tricky tell from.)

Oh, well the first thing I notice is that they're both different finishes. Thrills is a frost, so it goes more pigmented and stays on better, where as Fresh Salmon is a lustre so it glides on better and leaves a slick finish, but it is not as pigmented and doesn't stay on as much. IMO, they are pretty much the same shade of coral, but the gold sparkles are more obvious with Thrills.
Before Fresh Salmon, Thrills and Pink Cabana lipsticks were my to-go coral colours.

This shade will look even better on fair skin gals like yourself. The consistency of this shade is great as well ... 2 coats give full opacity and it's not as streaky as my other Essie polishes. I might just pick up another bottle, I see myself using this a lot.

Thanks, they are all roses. My dad bought me one that looks way more like Ripe Peach, its a light orange with peachy - pink tips!
My fave in that bunch is the marbled maroon & purple one.

I've narrowed down my list a bit!
- Sweet & Punchy (don't have Rated R, so I think this purchase is justified)
- 1 lipstick (will decide based on swatches)
- Life's a Breeze
- Float on By
- Hipness
- both nail lacquers
I've also been debating about the brushes. I've heard lots of good reviews. If you all had to pick one of the two brushes, which would you pick? I wear MSFN every day (no foundation if I can avoid it), powder bronzer and powder blush, with the occasional MSF to highlight. I never use cream blushes or any other cream products on my face because I have oily skin. Is it worth picking one of these two brushes up?
It's such a bummer...I feel like I'm passing on so much, but I need to narrow down the list even further! MAC, you're killing me!

So I ordered Sweet&Punchy and Firecracker today, yey!
In the end I wasn't sure about Sand&Sun, I think I'm expecting it to be way more pigmented and bright than it is and I'll be disappointed if I get it now. Hopefully I can get to the counter before everything is sold out and try it and the face products. Ohh, now I can only wait for my package to arrive!

I guess the fact that I still haven't gotten a definitive answer on whether or not the collection is released this month doesn't help. I am like a love struck teenager waiting for my MA to call me and tell me if it arrived in the shipment with Pret à Papier or not.

i went to mac first thing in the morning to check out this collection and pret a papier!
i bought lazy day lipstick, easy lounger lipglass and life's a breeze lipliner.
i skipped all the eyeshadows because i bought some from pret a papier and these colors didn't really excite me.
life's a breeze is a nice blue pink color, it does look a lot like angel lipstick in pencil for (to me at least). this will go well under my pink lippies as well as easy lounger lipglass.
easy lounger is a very cute peachy pink lipglass with lots of sparkles! it's quite sheer though. i'll use it over lipsticks only i think, my lips are way to pigmented and the color doesn't really show when i wear it alone.
lazy day is like a more pink version of nude rose from dsquared (i'll post a comparison in the swatch thread). it's a nice everyday color, i see myself using this a lot.
