I never noticed that, but you are right! Maybe some batches are the other way round? Or maybe after making an initial few, somebody decided they prefered it the other way around? I like them either way.

I think Hipness is closest to it out of the 3. I mainly bought ML for the design, didn't even care much about what shade it is!

Hipness is a lot more pink than RP, as in Hipness is pink and RP is peach.

(Although I am quite light, so couldn't say what it looks like on darker skin.)

I am NC44 in Studio fix but I can get away with an NC45 in the tinted moisturizer (sorry I forgot the name of that product.) I have Hipness blush from the Fafi collection. Honestly, I haven't used it much. I think I just have too much blush but with the new collection, I decided to pull it out. In the pan, hipness looks like a blend of the middle and bottom shade of the Ripe Peach Ombre but closer to the bottom shade. I put hipness on one cheek and a mix of the 2 shades from Ripe Peach on the other and it looked the same. You would never know I had on two different products. I think you should probably skip Hipness.

That being said, if someone loves Ripe Peach, especially the bottom shade and would like a back up then maybe getting Hipness is a good idea since Ripe Peach was limited edition and may not come back.

I'm still thinking if I should get this or not because it's just too pretty (to use?) if that makes sense.

I'm passing on it. I hate oversprays, and ya, it's pretty to look at, but I wouldn't want to use it and ruin it!

This happens to be all the time. I am super excited about certain items in this collection, but my overall excitement is dying down. Things are falling off my wishlist... there are only a few items remaining. I am not complaining though. It's good, because the items that aren't budging from my list, I KNOW are the only things I should buy. Let's hope I can stick to it!

Hi guys! I wish this were coming out this week, the 27th seems so far away!

Anyways, I am glad to say that I thought I had sold Hipness, but turns out I didn't! So I tried it the other day, and geez it's pretty! For some reason I thought it was like a really intense coral pink, but it's not intense at all! Well, it looks like it can be buildable, but doesn't really need a light hand to apply.

As for the nail polishes, I am very eager to try In the Buff (that's the right name, yea?)- anything pertaining to avocados has me sold!

No but it looks like a nice, soft color for summer!

I'm still interested in the avocado polish, too. And my list hasn't really changed, either. Firecracker, maybe Sun & Sand, and the pink lipliner. I've decided to pass on Lazy Day. If it's more lavender than Lady Gaga, then I don't think it will work for me. But, I'll still take 6 B2Ms with, just in case, lol.

The MA's at my pro store were raving about the cream bronzers too. As well as the orange polish, one of the girls was wearing it and was showing off her pretty nails to me lol. It looked like a bright hot burnt coral! Almost neon like to me.

This is exactly what happens to me lately!

Especially since this past fall, I often take a bit longer to decide and end up skipping a lot on my list, but I am so thrilled and satisfied with what I do finally decide on that I don't miss what I skipped

Some items I may still think about but are honestly not must haves in my mind anymore

Sorry what I meant is that you DON'T need to use a light hand, it's buildable but not overly intense on the first shot.

I was afraid it would be too dark but it's really light, and soft.

Thanks Anitacska and Icecaramellatte! As much as I would like a close backup to Ripe Peach, I'll be skipping Hipness. A similar color will surely be out by the time I run out of RP, and if not, there's a CCO only a half hour away

Now my wishlist has gone from over $200 to under $80. Talk about savings!

While Firecracker looks like a pretty color, I feel I should skip it, since it won't be an easy color for me to work with if I want to avoid looking like I've been punched in the face. I'm not really in a position to buy things just for the sake of having a certain color in my collection right now. Since Sand & Sun was on my list mostly to be worn together with Firecracker, that leaves me with only Sweet & Punchy of the e/s.

We'll see, we'll see...

I was reading online that a good dupe for Mac Hipness Blush is Milani Mineral Blush called Mai Tai. I don't know what the price is in drugstores but its at Cherry Culture for $5.99. If you want to see a pic of the two blushes side by side I found it on a blog. I hope its ok that i post the link. Its not my blog.
