If I'd known they already had the collection for the MUA's when I was at MAC on Thursday I'd asked if I could see the products and gone and swatched the UD and MUFE because Sephora is across the hall from MAC in the mall!!! For those in the Seattle area I just found out yesterday that Nordies in Bellevue is having a big event for this. And I am pretty sure one of the f/s stores is too but I don't know whether it is South Center or University Village.

i love hipness i'm so glad i got it, i almost didnt, i love that its more pinky coral than orangey coral, it is awesome, i actually prefer it to my ripe peach, i also got instant chic, and i like that too, more than ripe peach... how bad is that? blasphemous i know

i posted some new swatches, and ive made a second order, so i will have rosemary and thyme, float on by, lazy day and sand and sun to swatch on wednesday hopefully

i know, 2 weeks ago it was like summer, and now it is like winter again, i got out my summer clothes and now i have to go back to boots and a scarf whenever i leave the house!

i want to wear sandals and pretty dresses!

and i want to wear my summery to the beach goodies!

I am on the fence after looking at recent swatches.

I have Ripe Peach, Instant Chic and Dainty. I love them all.
I'm not planning on getting Marine Life.

Do I NEED Hipness? Will I seriously notice that big of a difference on my face to justify the $?

If you're still on the fence about Hipness - its a very very pretty blush for all skin tones imo! Its such a lovely summer color. Straight up pinky coral color - its not too overly coral or bright

To the beach, it's called a 'highlight powder' but is more of a blush

I plan on using it with gold like goldmine on inner corners, and darker teal on outer.
It would also look hot on the inner with a darker green on outer too. You can use it with taupes or browns too, its pretty versatile.

I wore Float On By on my upper lashline and after few hours, some of it was on my lower lashline on the tearduct area. And it was set with Parrot e/s when it should stay in place, so I'm dissapointed. I hope it works on lower lashline and wouldn't smudge so much, or then I just have to use it as a base.

Today I tried Sand&Sun and it is quite intense for a peach colour. I try to swatch it for you tomorrow if this cloudy and rainy weather would stop.

Also Beach Bound and Flurry of Fun were great together, very nice, natural and fresh look.

edit: there is a comparison of instant chic and dainty but not hipness, i dont know if that helps a little as i find if you swatch instant chic heavily and hipness lightly they are pretty similar? its in the pret a papier swatches
