I hear you ladies on the budget thing. I got to save for my wedding coming up next July and I'm trying to get some credit card debt out of the way. We can do this together! *hugs*
And mystery...you'll get HOOKED hehe. Dont forget theres dazzleglasses and other gloss formulas that come out all year. Pair them with lipsticks and it transforms it into a new color. Fun stuff

Your welcome! To me its like silk on my skin, and I will admit I am an oil slick so I do of course produce my own "glowy, glistening" effect but when I used to use the Prescriptives powder (before I ran out! >.<) over my foundation I just looked awesome! Especially at night or in a darker room you look just sexy in it. And yeah I got some pores too and it looked so flawless, I'm so getting at one of these to see how they may have changed the formula up a bit since HerGreyness said they added their own touch to it!

I'm NC20 for reference. Please help...
I have the pink/purple blush from ITG. Both beauty powders are on my maybe list. Do I really need either? I think thier pretty dupeable as far as blushes go. Also cause of the the 25$ price tag
I have the cherry red superglass do I really need Wicked Ways l/g?
And I have Hothouse l/g and heartless l/s on my maybe list too. I'm pretty pale can I get away with it?

I am still buying this whole collection! I have been saving up and not really buying to much makeup lately (It's been TOUGH! lol.), So I'm all ready for it! I am a huge fan of disney and a collector of MAC so even though I know I won't wear some of it (some of the things aren't for me), It's ok.

I think I possibly might try to cut down to one of each type of product... although I'd still get the pigments cause I've been regretting now getting them for months.. hopefully that won't be so overwhelming..

Hm, the swatches disappointed me a bit
I'm still only getting Bite of an Apple blush, and even that's a maybe now. It looks almost neon in Temptalias pics!
I wonder how it compares to NARS Amour blush. I have that and it's beautiful and if BoaA is similar I won't need two.

and hot house gloss is awesome btw. maybe you could get that and then get violetta another time from the pro phone line? unless you want it for the packaging of course

I looked at Temptalia's swatches and nothing stands out to me thankfully. There seem to be so many dupes. The only thing I might get is the Vile Violet e/s. I liked Hot House l/g but I don't know....not something that stands out as a must have

Hi sweetie. I am pretty pale meself (NW20) and the HotHouse is so adoreable. Change that maybe to a definitely is my advice...

I still have the "old" PX cooling powder as well as the "old" PX bronzer (similar to Cajun)... they are the exact same powder but MAC has added the tiniest bit of golden glimmer in it and this makes this powder far less flat than the original.. I love it because it does indeed give me a flawless complexion. The Cajun is not "brown" -- it is a warm bronze which on my NC20 skin would give a lovely bronzey glow for summer or a great bronze glow for a woc

NARS Amour blush is way light nudey pinky coral as compared to BOA -- not even a close comparison -- the closest comps would be a mix of Scarlet/Fleur Power/SalsaRose.
If you are looking for an Amour type colour, BOA is not it

I'm still loving BoaA! Could it be like Fleur Power (love it!) and Salsa Rose had a baby? In Temptalia's pictures it seems softer and more coraly, not extremely in your face kinda red that I expected it to be, nevertheless very beautiful colour, I just hope it's not too close to Fleur Power.
At this point, I need Strange Potion! It looks like a regular gloss on the back of the hand-swatch, but on her lips it looks so cool! Like a semi-matte gloss - totally different and interesting, plus the colour is great, I love it!
