Ok it's so weird that right before the event I got paid and ended up selling stuff that I thought wouldn't sell. BUT my list is allready $200 and I REFUSE to add more stuff to my list as I promised I wouldn't go crazy.

And remember Melon is perm so you can pick it up anytime. I ended up selling mine as I never used it.

A deep coral is what I had in mind, but couldn't remember what mangoes looked like. It still looks like a deeper version of Joyous to me which I don't want.

^he did. The newest Disney villian got all the old sttuff. the new Marie Claire mag has an article about the bad girl/makeup image in makeup right now. the article, naturally, mentions the VV collection and states that the choice of Dr. Facier was "fitting" because MAC's original spokemodel was RuPaul. I did not like the point of view, trying to tie in Dr. Facier this way. His segment, lacks that wow factor & does not compare to what RuPaul did with MAC back in the day. Other than them both being males, I just don't see the tie in.

So can anyone tell me if the GPS are easy to use or does it take pro skill? I am afraid of the GPS for some reason. I keep thinking that I will look like I have black eyes or ready for Halloween when I am done. Can a GPS look ok on someone with N3 studio fix skin?

GPS's are for any and everyone. They are one of the easiest products to use. There's no wrong way to use it. A liner, a shadow, a base, whatever you want. They wear for hours on end and they are not dry or patchy. Endless fun.

I'm sooooo super excited for this collection!! My list keeps growing and growing, and I don't seem to care.

I feel like I don't want to regret passing on something, so I'm going balls to the wall on this one. Then MAC and I need to give each other some space.

Can't effing wait!!

I actually find that they make up for a lack of pro skill. They can be used as a liner when sharpened, or as a smudgy base for a smoky eye, or as an all-over e/s base, or as a shadow themselves. If you screw up, chances are you have a new look that you can switch to without much trouble. I have 4 of them and I'm still planning on grabbing FQ.

But was the store supposed to call and confirm I'm coming or no? And I forget what time my appt slot was. It's either 8 or 830

The stores don't usually call and confirm, at least in my experience (which is, admittedly, a few years old, since they never have events in the city where I am now).

If you can't remember the appointment time, go for 8. It's better than coming later than you were scheduled.

I've also been afraid things will sell out AND have been overthinking it and I've come to the conclusion that if they are doing it at 7, 7:30, 8, 8:30 then they ought to at least have a set number of stuff set aside for each group... NOT that Mac has shown us that they plan things out well in the past but.. It makes sense.

Anyway, I'm telling myself I'm just excited to be going shopping tomorrow with my sister after we've both had several long, hard days with crap going on recently. Nothing terrible, we've just both been tied up with a lot of stuff and it will be nice to go to my favorite mall--with money--and have a nice night

And if I don't get what I want at the party, I'll have to stalk the site like I would normally do. Worst case scenario.

Thank you! Yeah I didn't think they would call since that would be alot of people to call... but I think someone here mentioned they got a call and I got worried. Ha. But yeah I'm definitely going to show up early. I do not wanna miss this. Haha

Haha yeah that's what I keep reminding myself is that if things do sell out... Well I can still try to get it online or in store when it actually launches. So I need to not stress and just try to have a good time
