Some time between last night and this morning I managed to talk myself outta of getting anything from this collection...How did that even happen? I need an enabler ASAP. I originally wanted Heartless but it's a red and reds are everywhere? Then I wanted Revenge is Sweet because of the jelly texture, but realized that I don't use lipgloss all that much, still haven't touched my Ember Glow. Would it even show up on my pigmented lips?

I am back to square one...and now I'm thinking of Sinister? It's different and I saw a youtube video that said it was quite sheer which I like. but i'm afraid that it might be too warm for me and the fact that it's brown...someone ENABLE me please!!

To any Vancouver, BC girls out there, MAC on Robson had the VV collection out yesterday

I got:

Magic Cooling Powder (the light one - can't remember the name)

I really wanted Heartless, Wicked Ways, French Quarter and some of the nailpolishes, but I couldn't justify spending another dollar - I spent almost $200 as it is - YIKES! Considering I'm having a baby in a week (hopefully), I feel insanely guilty for blowing that kind of money on makeup!!!

But, after all....

Enjoy your hauls ladies - this is a fun collection and I liked everything in person even more than just reviewing the swatches!!

I have my swatches here.

I swatched BoA. on the back of my hand, on my finger and on my cheeks. The color looks different each time, but ultimately its beautiful as a blush when applied.

Ok, I've lost track of whose posts I have and haven't replied to!

I think I'm suffering from VV overload. So addicting...I just want this collection released already! I've preordered everything, but now I'm wondering if I should still try and make an effort to place an order online. Something's telling me I need to pay a little visit to my counter after work just to make sure everything's been set aside. I keep thinking my stuff might get sold on accident. I'm convinced that reading about the whole Stereo Rose fiasco has freaked me out. I'm so paranoid right now.

BoA looks insanely pretty on you. It's one of the prettiest blush looks I've seen here or anywhere.

Crap...I think you may have sold me on it even though I keep trying to tell myself I don't need it.

I'm all into highlighters and glowing these days.

I've seen here over the last few pages that people are trying to cope with the stress off getting what they want from this collection. To them, I say, "Enjoy it!" This kind of stress can be stimulating and good for you because there are no serious repercussions that come with not getting your hands on some cosmetics. Obsessing a bit over makeup and perfume and shoes and etc. is fun! I know I enjoy it.

Also, preordering ASAP helps. I don't work at MAC, but many retailers (at least in the video game industry) base the amount of stock they order on the number of preorders they get. And one MA kept warning me that this collection was going to be in "very limited amounts."

I love the anticipation of it all! Reminds me of Christmas when I was a kid because I'm not sure if I'm going to get what I want, but at the same time it's still crazy exciting.

Finally got to play with the things I got on Tuesday(been sick), now that i'm feeling better.

There's been so many great reviews & I'm kinda late but thought I'd give my thoughts on it too.

Sooo here's what I got...
BoaA - love it!!! This one if you can try it on, so pretty! I have alot of blushes & I'm really glad that I got it. I'm sick of corals going orange on me this has perfect amount of pink in it imo. Don't let how bright it is scare you it's gorgeous & different jmo.
Sweet Revenge- tried it on there & really liked how it looked haven't tried it at home yet. But just a pretty peachy pink that you can wear on it's own & a bit different than what I have.
Innocence, beware - total last minute purchase. Loved it on all the MA's wearing it. I have a lot of nudes but...whatever.

I really like it don't need to fuss with it to make it look right on me.
Bad fairy- such a beautiful n/l!!! Needs 3 coats but totally worth it!

So that's it, I did get faithfully yours prolong l/c reminds of 5n which I love can't wait to wear.

Lastly I liked the collection very fun something for everyone. I liked that I didn't feel like I needed everything. Wanted to get sinister but looked too sheer would like to try again though. Heartless looked great on MA's, I don't wear reds often so I passed. Wrong spell reminded me of fancy cat from FF & I just got that. But I think either one of those l/g would look cool over violetta. I got orly n/l dupes but if you didn't allof the n/l were awesome!

Thinking about getting violetta & toxic tale(a Little scared though)
Toxic Tale is another one that looked great on MA's & all tha I have seen it on, it looks people teeth whiter imo & I want it to that to me too lol.
