Another update (

) I went to the mac store on spring street and bought she who dares. Here's hoping I won't have an allergic reaction. It's too gorgeous for me not to try. Also, the guy that helped me was super duper nice. He let me see TT!!! I will wait until I get home to post what I thought of that collection.

Actually, the in the full-face picture, which would be like normal viewing distance for anyone looking at or talking to you in an average situation, that gold highlight looks absolutely GORGEOUS on you! No one is going to notice your pores, hon - they're just going to see that gorgeous glow on your skin. It seriously whisks the years away, babe - don't be afraid!!!!

I know the e/s of this collection have been pretty downplayed because of the close dupes, but I think I'm going back to get De-Vil and Vainglorious! I just think those two are such perfect fall colors...they look like the color of autumn leaves

I'm a little confused on whether I should go back for DMD blush...I've read so many conflicting reviews. Some say its a beautiful blush, especially for contouring, while others are saying it turns out ashy on the skin. I'm a NW 40 in MAC Studio Sculpt...any advice on how DMD would fare on my skintone?

Loving TT with my "Shontay" liner (MUFE Aqua Liner in 18C) and Heartless with Chanel Rouge Allure Extrait Gloss in Exces.

Why didn't I think of that with Heartless. That Chanel Extrait Gloss in Exces is my #1 favorite gloss

I never back up anything, ever. I always figure that there will be a new cool thing and I will be fine moving on from the old cool thing.

Well, today I bought my first backup. Mean & Green has been making me happy every single time I look down at it for two days now, so I needed another that I could leave sealed and boxed and waiting for me.

I've also been in love with BOA and Her Alter Image. Sooo glad I got over my fear of BOA. I won't get doubles for those though. They'll last for ages and ages.

Yes, I said in the Chanel thread, that I may never buy another gloss again but these. They are lipstick in a gloss form & the colors are pigmented &

Aww, now you've enabled me. Must hit the Chanel counter next weekend. I want to check out that pink lippie Temptalia reviewed on her site today and these lipstick/glosses you speak of.

The My Dark Magic I recieved is so different!! The little half-moon that's supposed to be purple is white with purple shimmer and black veining!! I love it!! I know I'd seen tiny patches of white in the ones at work... Here I was second guessing my decision to buy it and the makeup gods answered me by giving me a pink elephant shadow! Woo!

So I tried on Innocence, Beware and I actually like it. It doesn't look pink on me. It looks kinda like a mauve/taupe. I chalk that up to my pigmented lips. It's kinda neutral but with an extra something. It'll come in handy when I do something special with my eyes, but don't want to do a regular old nude. It looks great with Resort Life, too (as do most things

). Glad I tried it. I also like that it's not dry looking. There's a sheen that keeps me from looking dead.

Oh, off topic, but since I was wondering whether or not to buy High Tea in this thread: I did and I love it. I can't believe it shows up on me. It's like a metallic pinky sheen, but really low key. Maybe my lips aren't as dark as I thought.

i will pray that its fine on ya!! it is beautiful and id like to see an EOTD... andd u can MSF proof ur eye with paint pot and GPS... good luck!

Thats exactly how it looks like on me!glad another WOC is liking it.. its also not sheer but not too pigmented so its chalky looking... maybe I need to relook this?

I don't think you'll want to use OSF as a setting powder - it's so pigmented, it will end up making you look somewhat pink-ish as well!

I think OSF and Pet Me are quite different though. OSF is definitely waaaay more subtle and has more peach tones to it. But if you're not into blushes, then one or the other will work just fine.

Thanks. I'd love to post pics once my camera is repaired.

I'd rather use a GPS. I know French Quarter can go with the green side of SWD, but what about the blue side? Maybe the blue GPS from DSquared?

The blue GPS from DSquared makes Blue Flame so vibrant it just glows. Since the blue side of SWD is even bluer and more sparkly than Blue Flame, it stands to reason that combo will be bananas!

I just got home late last night and was able to pick up all my goodies today, thanks to my lovely MA (god & goddess bless her!), so haven't yet had my exciting fun time play session yet, but another thought for both the blue and the green side of SWD is the always sexxxay Greengrease GPS.
