Yeah De-Vil actually looks more wearable. Brash looks too metallic.

Ok i am totally in love with my Toxic tale ever since i purchased it a few days ago. I foresee i'm gonna wear a lot of this color... Wished i could buy a back up of this but alas, it's sold out everywhere in my country

loving this color

By the way, does anyone have the same feeling as me that Toxic Tale feels more like an amplied rather than a satin. It's sooo creamy....

Great photo - TT looks so good on every skin tone!

I find it's super creamy too, but it's more like cake frosting-creamy, while amplifieds have a glossier feel and look. Totally not drying and long lasting, for sure!

I swatched De-Vil, Brash, Coppering together at the counter and I thought De-Vil was really nice. I don't have Coppering and that is closest to De-Vil, while Brash was much more metallic and brighter. De-Vil has this nice sheen, it's a lovely rusty red, although I wish it were a tiny bit darker. When I was at outside under direct bright sun, my bf said I have some light pink eye shadow on. Noooope, it was De-Vil!

I went back for Her Own Devices, I decided it is different enough from Tenderling after all.

Crazy!! I also dreamed about Bad Fairy and now I can't stop thinking about it. I hope I don't dream about the MES. Dreams are dangerous.

When I was at the counter when VV released, the MA showed her top picks, and they were the cooling powder, the MES and Sweet Joy. She was very excited about SJ and I was surprised because it seems so dupable and it hasn't got any attention here.

See, they are very different, HOD has a slight sheen to it!

Sometimes we have to go microscopic to see the differences so we can justify getting more stuff.

Our counter still has alot of stuff for those interested. The beauty powders all the lipsticks and glosses except revenge is sweet all the blushes but bite of an apple, no polishes and only Cajun loose powder. Also we only have my dark magic shadow. Shipping is $7 the number is 614-436-4720. it's in columbus Ohio. I'll be in from 3:15-9 eastern time today and tomorow. My name is Bridgette for those interested.

perhaps it is because sweet joy has been released before so people already have it? i totally get the fact she loves the cooling powder though! it rocks!

These looks very similar here, but in person they are all different. Salsarose is very pigmented.

Just curious as to how close Star Violet is to Vainglorious? I love the shade of Vainglorious, but I can't see spending $18.50 for it when I can pay $13.00 for Star Violet
smiles.gif
. As you can tell, I'm not one that's really into fancy packages... I like what's cheapest.

Re: MAC - Venomous Villains discussion

I backed away from my Cajun powder recently. No real reason. I guess my routine had to be tight due to how little time I've had to get ready. Today, however, I decided to take my time and use my Cajun powder again. I love it so damn much. It's amazing on the cheekbones and I really don't even need to pair a blush with it if I don't want.

De-Vil is a more softer toned down wearable color. Not metallic. It will make any blue or hazel eye color pop. I loved it when I swatched it in person.

I just ordered it last night with MAC's 2day
