Winnie: Yogi tea is a brand of teas. They're seriously delicious, they have a ton of different teas so you can pick the perfect/dreamed tea for you and after a cup you get an amazing feeling of wellbeing. Yogi teas are carefully blended according to ayurvedic principles. I adore the fact that they come with a message of wisdom in the tag, and somehow, very often are the exact words I need. You can find them in

For all those worrying about age: Age is just a number. I hate to tell people mine,... at first, when I was younger, because I hated to feel old. Then in my mid-20's I realized it didn't matter at all and was nobody's business. Worries about age, usually are fears to something else. What are you afraid of in the deep of your souls??
Life is just a journey, and in no way, age tells you in what station of the journey you're in. Every part of the journey has its own beauty and we should enjoy it and live it at the fullest, so when we'll need to depart from it, we take the next step with excitement and with no regrets or longings for the station we leave.
How young you are depends on how you define youth. To me, being young is to have a fresh, peaceful, happy heart and soul, an endless capacity to laugh, having fun and to not take yourself too seriously, a healthy body and above all, is the feelings of "having still so much to learn and to do" and "the best is yet to come". If you define youth as being wrinkle free and having too much time ahead... I'm afraid you have too much to fear and worry because many people have some wrinkles in their late 10's, especially those who treat their bodies without respect, and let's face it, nobody really knows how much time we have ahead. Don't worry about age, worry about living your life at the fullest.
Thankfully, I'm still young, I'm becoming younger and wiser every day I live and I hope I keep doing so until my last breath on this earth.
