Ok I still got my lipstick, but like I said before I did not like the way mac handle this, being a makeup artist with a pro member card I should it had access to this before.

No offense but it's comments like this that make pro members look bad in the eyes of everyone else. We get a discount and early access to about 95% of the collections year round. Mac wanted to give everyone a fair chance at owning this REGULAR red lipstick that so happened to be by Rihanna.

That's not what kicked my butt... it's the fact that pro artists had to pay for shipping. So pros were punished twice... first by paying full price for the item... then again by being forced to pay for shipping. Completely backwards. I don't even mind lack of a preview, or paying full price for any design collaboration (as is MAC's policy), but to have to pay for shipping BECAUSE you are pro is a ridiculous oversight. I plan to make a bit of noise about it.

I completely agree with you on that one. Give customer service a call or email and I'm sure they will credit you or give you a free shipping code to use in the future without spending $150.

Nope. MAC blushes don't last on me, so I no longer buy them. I returned all of the blushes I bought when I first started wearing makeup. All permanant shades. I bought a palette and everything and was deciding the last two colors to fill it. Then I tried NARS and never looked back.

If you check the email it specifically says pro members are not eligible for free shipping... so I just KNEW that meant a discount on the lipstick. No such luck. LOL I will give 'em a call. Thanks.
