9 x Metal-X Eye Creams (LE)
5 x Glitter Eye Liner (LE)

From MAC LIVE CHAT when I asked about the eye creams.

"They were limited life products which are no longer available online, my apologies. from memory, you could use them over the eyes and cheeks for an added touch of highlight (with a metallic finish)."

Well, I tried to get some info, but that is all she said!

i want the glitter liners! i have nothing of that sort. just pro glitters.
i wonder if we can use the eye creams as a nice base?

i just want the eye creams period because it sounds like something that is right up my alley. i rarely have luck with regular liquid liner so i dont think i will be getting these unless i see an absolute to die for color that could be fun as an overlay or something.

Shiny... I like shiny.

I think they sound like cream color bases that are for use only on face and eyes.

As for glitter liners, doesn't matter to me becaue, imo, the softsparkles are way better than the liquid glitter liners anyday.

I don't know if this is something i would like to much. I wouldn't have much use for the liners and i just bought all of those paintpots. I am glad this is one of the collections that I can completely pass on. Save money for the others.

hi gals! i went to one of the MAC counters today and my friend showed me the update book that they received. here are the list of names for the metal-x creams.

Virgin Silver
Pure Ore
Goldspice
Fusion Gold
Pink Ingot
Metalblu
Cyber
6th Sin
Plum Electric

they are going to be released on the 21st of November and are priced at 16.50 each. from my understanding, they are supposedly very opaque when applied but look awesome from the face chart pictures i saw inside of the book.

i love glitterliners even though i rarely use them...but i'm stoked for some new ones. hopefully they'll come out with a pink one (maybe a repromote of pinkphonic!)

the only description of the glitter liners that i remember is there being a blue one with purple glitter in it i think. i know that it had to do with blue and purple and thats all i remember.

Thanks for the info! Do you know if there were any deeper or bright colors, or were they more neutral?

ummm..i honestly couldnt tell you just by remembering what i looked at when i saw the sample face chart pictures, i know that they are metallic in nature, nice shimmer from the descriptions i read. there was no actual pictures of the product, just a promo image and then the descriptions.

About two weeks ago, i made a post about teh glitter liners. I was searching MAC glitter liners on eBay and i found five that i never heard of before. I emailed the seller & she said that they were new & would be in some upcoming collection. Here's a list of the names but please keep in mind i'm not 100% sure!

-Lime Dandy
-Wonder White
-Blitzed
-Pewter Pink
-Embronze

I guess when we finally get the colour info & descriptions, we can see if this is really true!!!

Im wondering if these have any resemblance to the urban decay metal cream eyeshadows. My guess is yes. We shall see, im always excited for new mac products!

having just purchased some of the urban decay metal creams off of their website, i can honestly say that yes they do look very similar in application as far as to how sheer or bold they appear on skin. having not seen any actual pictures of the new mac creams just the descriptions, it is a safe bet that we should enjoy these. they seem too be a little different from the paintpots.
