I was at the MAC counter picking up my Antiquitease stuff and my favorite MA let me take look at one of these.I believe that it was Plum Electric and it was gorgeous! They do dry fast and they are kind of dry but at the same time it is a little bit creamy with a little metallic in them.

These photos credit to cfhsiao of pixnet.net, she placed pre-ordered MAC items last weekend. I
also translated a part of her reviews here.

Review of Metal-X Eye Creams:
REALLY PRETTY, I believe they will be sold out quickly when available. Why?
They are very rich and vivd colors and softer than paint pots. Their sheen is so beautiful, esp. Pink Ingot, 6th Sin, Pure Ore and Goldspice.

Other reviews:
- Studio Lights Concealer (LE, from MAC of Beauty)
They are too red/orange/pale for me, I didn't buy anyone.

- Beauty Powder Loose (LE, from MAC of Beauty)
The powders look like red/pink with shimmer. They would used for blushes, MA said.
I thought that shimmer is too much, so I didn't buy them.

- Glitter Eye Liner (LE, from Metal-X)
I ordered Blitzed!

Well, I will share mine and more photos from other friends soon.

They certainly are pretty little things. I thought I wouldn't be at all interested but I've changed my mind. They are just too gorgeous to pass up.

These eyeshadows gets me excited all over again, since Flashtronic. The colors looks beautiful, from the pic I already choose at least 4 items to purchase (now I am thinking of not buying any of the Royal Assets eyeshadow palettes). The pot size seems to look bigger, is it same as the size of mineralize eyeshadows??

I like the purple color, navy blue & pure ore best.

My review of Metal-X Cream Eyeshadows.
Virgin Silver It reminds me of Forgery.
Pure Ore Rich metallic green gold.
Goldspice Bling bright version of Amber Lights, MUST BUY!
Fusion Gold too universal, I don't like it.
Pink Ingot Pretty pink with gold sheen.
Metalblu a bit like Flashtrack.
Cyber Bling version of Electra with silver pearlized piggy.
6th Sin Looks like Emerald Green and Humid's baby.
Plum Electric Velvet purple, very similar Entermauve.

So my question is, people say they are dry but is the formula better or worse than regular MAC shadows? Risser gave us a bunch of similar shade (some LE, some not) but are they worth getting if they are pretty much different formula dupes?

I took a 15 pan palette and some duo mineralize eyeshadows to compare yesterday. Most metal-x cream eyeshadows with pearlized pigment like Virgin Silver, Goldspice, Metalblu, Cyber are better than regular ones.

Pink Ingot, girlish pink and a bit like Interview(Duo e/s from Amuse). I oredered one before saw it actually. Maybe I will sell it soon.

Pure Ore is a pure metallic green gold without any pigment, but I prefer white gold and yellow gold. Plum Electric is rich cream Entermauve, you can pass it if you owned Entermauve.

My friend told me they are good base stuff for Matte2 eyeshadows. I want to carry out her suggestion, I am going to try metal-x and share my review again.

My gosh, I can't stop drooling since seeing those swatches! Thanks so much Risser!

Fusion Gold reminds me of White Wheat, so maybe that'd be a good one to pick up for those who missed out on Inventive. So far I'm looking at Pink Ingot, 6th Sin, Goldspice and Pure Ore. GAH!
