Turns out a friend of mine has this in Golden Beige so I tried it on my cheek, and that was still too dark for me. Not by a whole lot but there was a difference between the section with foundation and my bare skin

If I had a little bit of a tan I think it would be perfect. My friend is NC30ish for reference and it looks a lot better on her. Boo I wanted it to work out! As soon as I darken up a bit I'm going to try it again.

I'm an NC 40-42 in MAC SFF and I was using Revlon CS in Toast but this girl that was the same shade of MAC as me said that Golden Caramel was a very good match. So I bought it the next day and tried it today and she's right. HTH

I'm NC300 and use Sand Beige. But it is just a teeny bit too light for me.
I guess I should give golden beige a try

CVS is doing buy one get one for free sale today on Revlon products. This might give some people an opportunity to try it!

I used to use this a long time ago but it seems like they changed the formula???? Does the softflex break anyone out?

I am NC300 and NC37 in mineralized satinfinish and I was debating whether or not to get Warm Beige or Golden Beige....any suggestions?

I'm not *extremely* acne-prone but I do have sensitive and reactive skin and it hasn't bothered mine at all. I got the oily skin combination to be safe.

Holy smokes, I finally bought this last night in and I am completely in love! Great coverage and no cakey look either.
The only problem I have with it is it doesn't have enough yellow to it (I got Sand Beige). I guess I'll pick up Golden Beige and how how that one matches

Re: Revlon Color Stay Foundation

I've almost always used Revlon Colorstay. It's my favorite! I'm a NW25 in SFF and wear Golden Beige in the Combo/Oily Colorstay...I use a tiny bit of Bare Minerals to set it and my skin looks all glowy and stays all day.

To find my perfect match, I got matched at MAC and asked for a sample. I took the sample to the drugstore (Longs) and matched it to a Colorstay. Just an idea...it worked for me!

Ookie, I finally bought Color stay yesterday .... It's perrrfect

I so love it ... Perfect match, beautiful coverage

... It's simply awesome for a drugstore line

I got it in Buff for 13$.

The SA gave me Sand beige first but that totally didn't match (even though it was an awesome shade!). So, then Buff it was

Well, for the ones I know, I think this is the gradation level :

Ivory - Buff - Sand Beige - Golden Beige (didn't check further, sorry!) HTH

I give up on this foundation.
They feel like I have loads of stuff on my face and they also make me look a bit cakey. Maybe I'm just used to light foundations

Awww...yup. If you're used to something lighter, the Revlon will definitely be too heavy. Maybe try Maybelline's Superstay Silky Foundation. It's not as heavy as Colorstay at all...actually it's really light on the skin but covers nicely. And it lasts longer than Colorstay. I just started using it and I LOVE it.

I've heard from very reliable working industry artists that for photoshoots, this is the one of the best as far as drugstore foundations are concerned.
