When the mac receipt that comes in the box with shipped items arrives, and it is a receipt/paper for items that are replacements for damaged items, is it supposed to say the $dollaramount the replacements should have cost (ex $30.00 for 2 lipsticks) or will it say $0.00 for the 2 lipsticks

Bc I've received replacements for a messed up order before where my receipt said $0.00 But this replacement RRB and Heaux that arrived today said $30.00 so I am going to be watching my CC for charges

Orrrr those are my backordered ones MAC cancelled and they uncancelled and sent them anyway.....

Interesting... My heaux was sliding out of the tube but I was able to lightly tap it back down and refrigerate it to salvage it. RiRi Boy and RiRi Woo were just unrecoverable. I wondered if it was a formulation issue because I would think either all would melt or not. But in 103 degree direct heat for 3 hours I'm not sure it would have made a difference. I was just glad one of them survived.

Yeah it takes A LOT to melt a matte, and even more to melt a retro matte. Sitting in a box wrapped in paper for a few hrs wouldn't make these melt. Any other formula, on the other hand...:sweat:

Just curious, is anyone having issues with their hk? Like with pigmentation on the bronzer side? Decided to play with it today and I couldn't get any color off of it except for the blush side. That one is okay. Tried to scratch it and I still got nothing. Its weird.

Yep this is why I'm never sure who it's from. I believe my bras come from there and something else I've ordered, too. Can't recall it right now. And the dang email tricked me as usual. The deliver is for tomorrow, Tuesday. The send the emails just after midnight so I often get tricked into thinking the item is arriving a day earlier.

Just heard back from CS. I am lucky enough to get a replacement for my melty broken Riri Boy.

Hopefully I'll be home for the delivery. No more dysfunctional lippies!

so i got my lipsticks on the 25th both were fine i used heaux once no problems went to use it today and it was broke at the base it never left my house to get warm enough to melt/break i have no idea how this happened :( i feel like its been to long for me to have it to complain to mac about it BLAH! thouhgts?

I wish I knew the ingredients to the lipsticks I want to be nerdy to an extent and figure out what is making them melt teehee

I also wonder if it's too late. I just realized last week my Heaux was cracked at the base and now it's all wobbly. I ordered a backup which is still pending but it would be nice to receive a replacement instead of having to fix it myself

I just checked the status of my BU orders for RiRi Boy and Heaux and they were originally supposed to be delivered on 7/5 but they've now been rescheduled for early delivery TOMORROW WOOT WOOT! I hope they don't melt this time! It's been cooler in my city since Monday so if this weather repeats tomorrow I should be safe...

I wonder if anyone is having this problem with melting and globs of wax on Ruby Woo seeing as it's a Retro Matte too.

Ruby Woo's ingredients.

The ingredients may be the same, but something could've changed with the FORMULA that's causing these horrible breakdowns.
