Some people don't need liners. I feel like I do. I probabaly don't. I just prefer them. The Colorpop liners are awesome.I always wondered why Tf didn't have any lip liners

I find the NYX lip liners to be smooth as well and they have sooo many colours to choose from. That is not the case with all lip liners. The Nars and Colorpop liners glide on your lips. They are nothing like the Mac liners. Lol.
NYX is another good one. I do have a few of those.I find the NYX lip liners to be smooth as well and they have sooo many colours to choose from.
I hear u I probably would skip them all together if I could But cranberry lip liner is my all time fave and yes nyx makes so great onesSome people don't need liners. I feel like I do. I probabaly don't. I just prefer them. The Colorpop liners are awesome.
Hmmm.... Interesting. I went to my account again and it just created a new "negative" order. But there is no shipping label to be printed out or RMA anywhere. I did manage to have them send a shipping label to my email but the RMA is blank. It's just frustrating that I can't speak to anyone to understand what's going on. After numerous try, I spoke with the beauty department (instead of the online department), since they don't have any information about the order, and that she failed to find anyone to pick up the phone at the online department, she told me to leave them a message on twitter or facebook to hopefully someone will get back to me.I can't believe they have no one live with 14 day returns. Reminds me of the horrible customer service at Anastasia.
When I created my return ("negative order") from within my online account I printed the RA/FedEx mailing label right there in that browser window - did not get it in e-mail. I'm looking at a copy of it right now. The top of the page I printed said "Your Return Authorization", followed by the FedEx mailing label, followed by a section called "Packing Slip" which showed my RMA# and the items I marked for return. I enclosed a full copy of that page and my original packing slip in the box and printed another copy to cut out just the mailing label section to affix to my package. You should have gotten the opportunity to print that out when you created your negative order. However....my RMA was my "Order Number" for my negative order. If you see your Order Number for your negative order you just created I would use that as your RMA and write it in on whatever you're enclosing in your return packageHmmm.... Interesting. I feel like I should just send it back without an RMA #. It is unbelievable that they don't respond to the email and CS is just simply an answering machine.
I use the Cranberry Lip liner as a lipstick.and yes nyx makes so great ones
Great! That is helpful! I will just use the negative order number then. You're ahead of me. No response so far. I also spoke with the girl in the beauty dept who kept saying she could nothing and to speak with the online dept. Then the answering machine. And my account online is all wrong. Shows Holden 3x as my lipsticks, which is all incorrect. I'm keeping most of them, but need to return a couple. It's really BS for this company to have this. But it reminded me exactly of my experiences with Anastasia.Hmmm.... Interesting. I went to my account again and it just created a new "negative" order. My return documentation I described above (as well as my online order history) showed 3 Holdens and that was wrong for me as well. I don't think that's a problem as I already got my money refunded. Your packing slip shows the real items ordered and you need to include a copy of that with your return anyway. Just circle the ones you're returning on your packing slip. You're ahead of me. OK. so I just went into my account online and pressed order details. If you scroll down, it'll show you supposedly what you ordered and give you a place to generate the return. Mine was wrong. Listed colors I never ordered and no way to change it. But I'm returning two so just clicked on both and it said wrong color then hit the button to get the RMA. It'll take you to the next page which has the label, which looks like it'll print the whole page, including side panel, but didn't. But on mine it's wrong because it lists colors I never ordered. Mine shows all Holden online as well, but on the invoice in the package they're accurate. So I think I'm just going to circle the one I'm going to return and ship it back. I will make a copy of it though. You're ahead of me. No response so far. I also spoke with the girl in the beauty dept who kept saying she could nothing and to speak with the online dept. No, mine doesn't have the negative thing, but she made me think to go into the account to look again, which I actually already did. But because it had the wrong names, I wanted to correct it with them so there won't be a problem. But oh well, it's going back like that. I crossed it off with the correct names on the label, and yes, I also circled what I'm returning on the invoice. It is very surprising how that CS is run. But they should say on the site just go into your account rather than saying to call them or email them for the #. That's where the problem lies. But I am happy with the lippies I kept!Mine shows all Holden online as well, but on the invoice in the package they're accurate. Do you see the "negative" order on your account? Winthrop44 just gave us some pretty good tips.
I'm definitely quite surprised with TF's online service, given how advanced most e-retailers are these days, and the fact that they decided to launch these lipsticks only online (for now), you would expect them to be quite prepared for their return service, as we're all placing blind orders!
Under "Returns" here is where they mention that you can request the RMA online:No, mine doesn't have the negative thing, but she made me think to go into the account to look again, which I actually already did. I have to work the day after Christmas, I might have to pass.
Did you look to see if Neimans or Saks online has what you want to preorder? The Nordstrom ones come in predetermined sets of 3 in the box but you can order individuals (or 3 of your choice and get the box on Neimans).Anyway, I called my local Neiman's and was told they will NOT be doing preorders with this. Highly disappointing cause that means I have to get up first thing the day after Christmas. :-|
