Getting on the TF bus. My 1st experience with Mr. Ford was his foundation. I had never found a foundation that had good coverage yet did not appear it was applied with a spatula. Being so fair, think of Snow White, not much out there. I had a layover at an airport that tuned into an overnight. So unlike my travel buddies, who went to the local bars, I hit the stores. Of course every counter I went to claimed to have the perfect foundation for me. Which was crap and I knew it.
I have a deep scar on my face from a car accident. As well as more surface type scars from the accident. Going through a windshield will have this effect. I had never heard of TF. I was given a sample of his foundation in Alabaster. As well as allow them to apply to my face. With the deep scar, foundation will pool in the pores of the actual scar, as well as the ridges of the scar. Of course the scar has to be bright pink. It has toned down from being red.
When I got back to the airport comments were made how great my face looked. I took it as drunk mouth comments from my peers. Then as I used the sample, I was kept being asked what had done? My face was radiant or so they said. Then a lady I meet had a beautiful shade of lipstick on. I asked what it was? It was TF Black Orchid. At 1st the price of 50.00 was a killer. But I sucked it up and wow what a difference.
I have found as with all things, there are some hits and misses. His blushes lovely but not a great range for my skin tone. His nail polish wears like steel. I am selective in my purchases with TF based on my funding is not limitless. Hope this helps as you decide to come into the rabbit hole with the rest of us.
