Oh I haven't hauled yet! The counter has only received the testers so far. I think they should be getting stock by (*checking calender*) possibly late next week. The official date is still May 7th. So I will continue to peruse pics online and wait anxiously!

I tested Rose Plantine on my eye last night. I didn't have any problems. It took a couple of layers to get it to show on the waterline, but it's still pretty. It's subtle, but still noticeable. It lights up the eyes. I can't wait to wear it with something like Mac's Satin Taupe.

but thank goodness, I was wearing sunglasses.

Thats awesome that it looks pretty on you. The one MUA told me to put it all over my lid like an es. That may take some doing because its so thin - so I don't know.

I dropped by my Chanel counter today and was talking to my favourite MA. She says that Canada will be getting this collection May 9th. I told her that, no matter what happens, I want to get Mimosa. I'm not sure it'll look good on me, but it's just such an irresistible colour. Interestingly, there is nothing about the two Rouge Coco's in the information that the Canadian MAs received, so they may be a US-only thing. I'm not sure, but we looked at what she'd received and I showed her what I'd found on line and we couldn't figure it out.

Katred, I had a look at all the tester today and didn't see any RC's. It happens quite often that we don't get everything the U.S. receives.

Katred, I'm MAC NW20 and admittedly, Mimosa doesn't look the best on me but it is definitely unique and stunning in real life.

Nakkar is a lot more potent than Pensee. Nakkar is a rich red coral. It is gorgeous and I get lots of compliments on it. Pensee is a medium peach coral, absolutely gorgeous but definitely lighter in color than Nakkar. It is not a boring middle- of- the- road peach. It's really pretty. Get both, you can always mix them together to create the perfect shade for you.

elegant - thanks for the beautiful pics! The shimmers in the nail polishes look dazzling.

Aurore and Pink Peony glossimers (both super gorgeous). Pensee was really pretty too, but not my kind of colour. PP was not mauvey at all, seemed to be a nice clean "jelly" pink colour, very summery! Morning rose n/p, which still reminds me of the pink polish from last year's collection, can't recall the name atm, except the shimmer is definitely more gold and the colour seems a bit deeper.
The liner, ya, it's pretty. Can't turn that one down! Even the SA told me I had to get that one, and she's normally not pushy at all, lol! And she was showing me how you can layer just about any shadow on it to change the colour, since it picked up whatever she put over it.
The quad, very very pretty. I liked that the greens were not too yellow based, since I have enough of those. Not sure if the greyish shade will look too flattering on me, but it was pretty.

I found Mimosa a bit too bright for my taste, but the shimmer was so pretty in it. I'll have to hunt for a paler yellow.

So ya, this is a very big haul for me. I'm looking forward to it, after which I'll have to be super good for a very loooong time! Now just waiting for the call that it's in!

Yeah I don't think we'll get the RC's here in Canada as per my Chanel SA. I was quite excited about them, boooo! We usually don't get like 25% of the collections contents here. I'm irritated this time around...

I think it was on Temptalia yesterday that I saw the promo pic and it looked like the model is wearing pink eyeshadow which I never really noticed before? Weird. No pink eyeshadow in the collection?

I just got my pretties

(my pics never turn out very good, but you get the idea) Rose Bronze, Aurore glossimer, and Pink Peony Glossimer. The picture of the gorgeous white floral box it came in is in the Ratonas thread. I now believe in Love at First Sight -- it happened with the bronzer. I tried it on and it is absolutely stunning! Can't wait to try out the Glossimers:
