Eek. Yes, I want all of the shadows. The greenish-grey one is second on my list, and I love that peach one too. Heck, I just love them all! I'm rethinking the lips now - love the glossimers!

I also just found out that one of the wheels on my car needs to be replaced, as it was cracked. I can't even believe the bill for the tires and that one wheel. I'm going to have to roll the change I've been collecting to pay for this haul!

Someone (I can't find the post, and can't remember where I saw it) asked about why the US and Europe quads are different - to my knowledge, I don't think we've ever figured this out, except that it may have something to do with the ingredients that might not be approved in the US. The European versions are always baked. Somewhere back in the archives of one of the Chanel threads I think Hypathya might have explained it.

The promo pics are sooo pretty. The new JC looks like such a wearable pink, and I know I have a lot of pink blushes already, but I think I can justify one more...

I want to know what is/isn't perm so I can start budgeting for fall!!

That was me! Thank you for the explanation! Maybe I'll try to hunt Hypathya's post down.

The new pics look delicious! Is the cream shadow formula new as well or do you know it from Chanel? If so, how is it? Paint pot like? Questions over questions...

I need Peridot in my life, that I know for sure!

^^ I hope so too!

On that note: Totally heartbroken that Cafe Makeup has stopped blogging. She had some of the best pictures, reviews, and comparisons of Chanel products. What a loss for high-end makeup addicts!

^^ Me too! I'm also looking forward to seeing the new JC - hoping that it will actually be available on June 23rd when the SA said it would be........I have so many pink blushes they could form their own commune, but hey, I can't think of too many things that are prettier!

I asked Chanel about the availability of the Byzance collection in Germany and we will not get it. Bummer. But thanks to to lovely ladies here I can look at swatches of the fall collection which we will get. Most likely. Maybe. Probably.

If anyone interested blogger describes new eyeshadow texture as dense powdery mousse and compares it rather to Chanel liquid eyeshadows than the quint texture as someone suggested to her. Staying power is much better than liquid eyeshadow, formula apparently is fantastic. She also states that the best way to apply eyeshadows would be with finger as formula melts with body heat to cream state. If using with brush on cold surface (paper on picture), eyeshadows crumble and plain messy.

Hmmmm....I might have to get used to that - my eyes are small, and I typically use my ring finger (when I DO use my fingers) and it doesn't always come out that great......it's hard for me to get the shadows to my inner corner (guess my finger pad is just too big). But I think I could manage.....

HG had said that the formula of these is fabulous, so I'm really looking forward to them!!
