Today, I did the first look with Lilium. I used it wet after Lou raved about it, applied it 9 hours ago and it looks as fresh as it did then. I'm really impressed. I especially like the light green - it has such a fresh, spring-y feel about it! I've to find a way to make the dark green greener - I applied it in the crease (the taupe colour all over the lid), and it darkens, yes, but I had hoped for something like a richer green.

Tomorrow I've to use something else, tho - I'm going to a huge rock festival and see Coldplay! YAY! (Wish me luck - the weather forecast is horrible!

Anneri - enjoy the concert! Coldplay is one of my fav bands. Great that you like Lilium!

Saturday morning, and it is raining heavily. Wanted to go for a swim, but I have to wait and hope the weather is good tomorrow. I think I'll go to town and visit the cosmetics counter today, which is always fun.

Thanks, it was fun! Chanel is having a makeover event at the department store this weekend, featuring the Inimitable extreme, lagons, and fauve and 3 other e/s singles. There was a male international makeup artist when I was there just now, but I didn't stick around to watch. At sephora, I tried on the guerlain bronzers and I've decided to get 00 terracotta. With all the rain recently, it doesn't feel like summer though.

^^ I love 00 Miss QQ! It's the perfect color for me - doesn't look like a bronzer, just good color. I wear it most every day to softly contour. I'm glad you had fun at the cosmetics counter - I hope your weather improves.......it really doesn't feel like summer here either. Crazy temp swings. It's cold and rainy here too.....and it was grossly hot in the middle of the week. Very frustrating. But shopping and makeup makes us smile, right?

Cheryl - Yup 00 doesn't look like a bronzer, which is great as I can use it all year round.

Lou - Haven't bought it yet but I will when there is a promotion. No hurry since it is a perm item, I think.

Well, Rose Platine definately isn't waterproof on me, so today I tried it over Dirty GPS. The colour of both combined is gorgeous, and I'm really curious how it will hold up during the day!

When I bought the Byzantine items, the MA tried to sell me the summer items, not knowing I've bought what I wanted already. She said the model is wearing Twilight e/s single on her eyes under her browbone, as highlight, in the promo pic. What do you all think? It looks pinker than the pale pink in the quad so she could be right.

She also said the model in the Inimitable extreme promo pic is wearing Lagons. I can see that she has Marine e/l on. What is she wearing on her cheeks and lips? Did we find out already earlier when Europe/US got the collection? I can't remember now, but she looks so gorgeous I want to copy the look.

It looks more glittery to me than anything in the quad so I could believe that. I love her lashes. Have you tried the new mascara? We have Inimitable intense but not extreme yet.
