^^ I'm surprised by how similar the colours look! But the gel swatches look more chunky and glittery.

It makes me want the palette, not the cream shadows!

On my screen, the purple shadows look the same. Only the khaki one is slightly different.

Yeah, agreed. I'm glad I saw that, I didn't realise how similar the colours are! I have the palette, which I'm so glad I bought, I love it, it's absolutely stunning. The shadows are a lot harder to work with than say, Ombre Essentielle's but the result is great. I guess I don't need any of the Fall shadows then!

Now I can't wait to see swatches of the lippes!
I completely forgot to get Prelude when I did my order last night. Winthrops swatches talked me right into it :)

No, its not even close to NM. NM is a darker blackend burgundy. Ebloui has just a hint of purple in it. Its mostly bronze brown. I'll post pics of the other shadow & lippie as soon as I get them.

Thank you everyone for posting pics and swatches!

I'm also surprised that the Illusion D'Ombre colours are so similar to the spring quint. I didn't get that one, so I still want the Ombres. I want four, all except the black and white one. I think I'll get Epatant and Emerveille first and see how I like the texture, and then get the others if I like it.

I want to cry. I wish I had been purchasing Chanel earlier. That spring quint is absolutely gorgeous and screams all my favourite colours. Pardon me while I have a mental breakdown.

Noooooo...come back, don't have a mental breakdown!

Izzy's Beauty Shoppe has it, $15 higher than the original retail price:

Also, you can always call your closest Nordstrom or their online Beauty hotline number, Saks, Neimans, etc. and ask them to do a store search for you. Someone in the comments section on Sabrina's site mentioned that a Saks somewhere still had it.
Highly tempting, but I don't care for their return policy. If sealed it can only be returned sealed and unbroken. What if it comes broken? That happened to me lately from Sephora with a NARS blush. They refunded and gave me a new blush. It does not sound like Izzy does that. I can always check Nordstrom next time I am in and beg. If not, well, I will just use my pennies for something else. lol

I still cannot stop thinking about the Chanel eye liner. I just wonder how it applies? I know it is a different formula from Rose Platine which I loved. Are many of you thinking of passing on the eye liner?

I'm unsure about this liner too. One of the things I love most about Rose Platine was how it was waterproof and wore like iron. You can't get that sucker off! This liner being in a different formula is disappointing :-(

Oh wow, thanks for that link. They ship international and they have Riva n/p, and it's not even that expensive. Now that is tempting.

Riva is just stunning on. Its one of my all time favorite polishes.
I absolute adore Riva as well! Even thought there were a lot of complaints floating around when it was released I think it is fabulous! I just ordered Deborah Lippmann Glitter in the Air yesterday so I'm so excited to try layering that on top!

Thanks for the link Winthrop! Looking at those swatches, I have a feeling that I will be picking up a few of those later on in the year! I especially love Epatant.

wow some of the shades are pretty similar to the spring quint (which I am SO glad I bought). I use the spering quint a lot, prob at least twice a week. I think now I'm gonna get all the new e/s still with the exception of the white and the peach ones :)
